It's a food truck parked at AAFES Express on Luke Street in Biggs area specializing in Filipino cuisine. Serving is generally generous with plenty of pancit. You can choose between chicken, beef and pork for protein. You can choose rice or pancit for starch. Some lunch plates come with two lumpia, but you can special order them if you want. Service is very friendly. I went there at the end of lunch hours, so it wasn't crowded. There was no wait, and I must've received my food within five minutes after I placed my order. Now, the food. It was alright. It lacked wow factor for me, but it tasted just fine. My pork was a little tough and dry, but had some decent flavor. Pancit tasted just fine. I prefer to have had some more vegetables in it, but there was plenty of rice noodles and satisfied my hunger. Lumpia was definitely overcooked. It wasn't burned, but it was very close to it.I think Lumpia Express offers very good alternatives to regular hamburgers and pizzas. After all, it's all about supporting a local business, isn't it??

This is just not the traditional filipino flavor that everyone knows and enjoys. The sinigang isn't sour at all. It's more of a salty/fishy-like flavor. The rice isn't jasmine. The Lumpia is some sort of flavor that doesn't resemble any of the lumpia I've eaten and I'm 100% filipina and lived in the philippines for 12 years. They sell bulgogi... It just seems like a fusion place rather than a filipino food truck.
