Came over here a few months back. I was looking for a good pizza spot. Had read the reviews on this and saw pictures of the food, and me and a buddy stopped by. Tye place was completely dead. I figured it might be a lunch place. Had to ask the employee if they were open. Sat down and looked at the menu. Decided on the pepperoni pizza. It looks about 20 to 30 min to get it. Even with no people, ok.My buddy orders a ham and pineapple, not for me.. anyway, the pizza was very mid good for good drunk pizza.Pizza was a 3 out a 10But I ate it and ate it drunk so there's that

We are here for the weekend and staying downtown and wanted to find something within walking distance for dinner and I'm glad we found this place. We were the only ones in the restaurant which I also noted in some of the other reviews and the service was excellent. Ordered the breadsticks to start and the order was huge; way more than the three of us could eat. I ordered the Caesar salad with chicken, hubs ordered the chef salad and added chicken and our daughter ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. I have to say I usually get annoyed when she orders pasta in restaurants since it's so cheap to make at home but this pasta was really really good. Had lots of large meatballs and all enjoyed sharing that pasta. The portions are huge and plenty enough to eat least two meals. Would definitely come here again.

The location is great for this place because it's at a walking distance from the San Jacinto plaza downtown. The exterior of the building calls for an extra peak inside and see the food and establishment for yourself. The panini was big and freshly made. It was enough to get me through a day of exploring the seasonal events downtown. The waiter was so nice. We ordered ravioli thinking it would not have any meat on it, but to our surprise their salsa was mixed with meat. We accept our fault and we're gonna pay for it anyway and just share my panini. They waiter kindly offered us to get us another plate without the meat salsa. That was so friendly and kind. That by itself earns this place five stars. Parking is what you would expect from downtown so don't think it'll be easy. I can still recommend their paninis and hopefully the service doesn't change.Provecho!

What an interesting experience to say the least. I tried to rven scope the place real quick before i decided that we should try it for lunch today. I saw the sign for pizza and salad buffet for only $9 so i thought, well it couldnt hurt to try!Except that it did hurt a lil.... my expectations anyway. Maybe i shouldnt have gotten my hopes up too high for a cheap price like that but everything looked promising. But upon trying it, it was definitely not the case.I wanted salad which was standard with 6 different dressings and thankfully they also had romaine lettuce and not just iceburg lettuce. I wish there was spinach. There was also quite a spread of toppings for the salad like peppers, onions, cucumbers, croutons, sunflower seeds, and more. I loved the peppercinis and boiled eggs kept in their shells. As for the rest, it was pitiful. The only semi decent thing is the thin crust which you cant go wrong with by keeping it thin, but it was borderline cracker like. The regular pan pizzas had toppings like pepperoni, jalapeno, or what looked like green chiles maybe... crust was oddly crispy and almost buiscuit like versus bread like. I also tried their wings which were practically dry to the bone. Their garlic bread and cinnamon sticks were cold and stale. Their pastas and what seemed like soup with squash were bland. Definitely wont be coming back for multiple reasons. If you dont care about quality and temperature of food and eat your face off for 9 bux, then this is the place for you.

We were in El Paso and in search for a family friendly place to eat. Our girls are not big meat eaters. We also wanted something in walking distance from our hotel. This place was just the ticket. The service was prompt and polite. The food was good. Potions were generous. We attempted to not over order and with 3 items did anyway. If in Downtown El Paso I definitely recommend stopping by for pizza and pasta. P.s. the bathroom was very clean.

I was really looking forward to trying out Luigi's. Saturday early evening - only 2 other people in the place. Waiter was more interested in what was going on outside. Service was slow. Food was ok. A bit pricey for what it is. One and done with Luigi's.

To say this pizza taste like cardboard would be an understatement. It was a struggle to even smell this graceful "pizza". I am deeply concerned that people are even considering giving this place more then 1 star (I only giving it one star because A single star is necessary to post a review). If you are reading this and you are hungry, do yourself a favor and find a local food truck near by. You'll pay double the price but will leave feeling much more satisfied. To put it nicely, I would pay any of my friends or loved ones NOT to go to this place. Additionally, the service was good, no complaints. Wishing him the best in his career as I can't imagine this place will be in business much longer.
