Lucy's Cafe West

Came here on Sunday around noon time for brunch and the food was really good. We waiting for maybe 20 mins for a seat and the service was good a little slower than other places but it was still good. The food was very fresh and tasty. The chips and salsa were very good. I would recommend this spot for anybody craving Mexican breakfast. They have other breakfast items as well.

Lucy's Cafe is a hidden gem! The moment you walk in, it feels like home--warm, cozy, and inviting. The service was excellent--quick, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing. As for the food, it tasted just like a homemade Mexican breakfast that momma used to make, full of authentic flavors and comforting goodness. Whether it's the perfectly cooked eggs, the rich and flavorful chilangas, or the fresh tortillas, every bite feels like it was made with love. If you're craving a home-style Mexican breakfast, this is the spot! I ordered the Machaca Breakfast and the Chilangas.

We love Lucy's! David the owner/waiter/MC is awesome. The food is very authentic and affordable. Generous portions. Very friendly staff and service. A great family owned restaurant!!

There are multiple Lucy's locations around town but Lucy's West is my favorite breakfast spot. This location has a quaint diner feel and excellent service. The coffee is great and you really can't go wrong ordering anything. My top choices for breakfast are the Chilaquiles Rojo (my personal fave!), the machaca breakfast plate, or the Huevos Rancheros. Each of these entrees are served with refried beans and hash browns and everything is exceptionally delicious!

This is just too good. This Lucy's location is just the best in El Paso. I ordered the Lucy 's Famous Machaca Plate, and it just tasted too good!! Service is just incredible, and it is a really zen vibe in here. This location is better than the Kings X location, in my opinion. It is a mix of old and new Mexican food! I highly recommend!!

The quesadillas and the roasted salsa that came with them was excellent. The salsa verde, while it had a small kick, was bland. Maybe a little salt, cilantro or some other spices would be better. Basically no depth of flavor. The carnitas burritos were also bland. The enchilada sauce was bitter, like it had been on the stove a few hours too long. I also didn't get my $9 guac, but after I had the guac with the quesadillas, I didn't miss much. A few chunks of avocado isn't guac.

The food here is excellent. My favorite is the tacos... super delicious. Service was great and fast. Really quite place not too many people. Atmosphere is great. Highly recommend

Very tasty nachos. Only wish the queso and toppings were better distributed on the chips.
