Luchini's Towing & Recovery

Making my way back to Texas from Arizona my car died. Eric was very accommodating when I called and promptly sent a Tow Truck to get me and my car. I was going to get a hotel close to to where I broke down. I'm glad that the Driver Robert recommended a better area stay for me and my Lexus to stay in until we can get it repaired. Thank You, I would highly recommend for roadside assistance.

I was out with a blown tire on I-10 and called. They originally were going to help me with road repair but I called back for a tow to discount tire instead. They realized their tow-guy was about to get gas but knew he'd be able to get me to where I needed and back, so they immediately called him and sent him over. I barely waited. Robert was very respectful and very fast. He even beat me to discount tire and started getting things organized for me. I'm very appreciative

Workers came quicker than any other company we called. Our family was stuck about an hour from any city and these guys ended up towing us to an O'Reilly's and even going as far as helping us fix the belt on our car. The best customer service.

Driving home from a weekend road trip and made it over the pass on Highway 70 but knew we had a problem when we heard that dreaded noise. Pitch dark out and the tire separated. Called these guys and Robert came to the rescue. Friendly and fast he was very thorough and got us back on the road in less than half a hour. Appreciated his professionalism. Thanks guys!

They seriously overcharged me. Lied to me too. I used them once and they were amazing! The second time they charged me for going to my house, which they never did, then to tow my car to their yard, so they could charge me storage and to tow it to my house from their yard. If he had knocked on the door, someone would have signed for the car. He claimed he waited outside for 30 minutes and admitted he never knocked on the door. However, my neighbor was watching for them with her door open and going outside every 5 minutes. So I don't believe him. He charged me for the wait time and then to tow it 'back' to my house. What should have cost me $70 based on their rates, they charged me $300 for. They had my car hostage, I had no choice and they knew it. So disappointed.... My suggestion, don't trust them, don't hire them.

This people suck at there job don't waste your moneyor your time.Very unprofessional we have a large company that now won't use there services.
