Lube X-Press

This place has been open for a few weeks and I was due for an oil change. I was in and out in about 10 minutes, and with friendly service that wasn't pushy about products and services. Justin and team did a great job. I'll be back.

I just got into town and bought a new house on the east side. My car came in and I needed it inspected. I stumbled into this shop around the corner from my new place, it's so brand new and shiny, just like the rest of the neighborhood; and I couldn't miss it being right next to the roundabout and all.Saul and the team got me taken care of quickly. It seemed pretty efficient, the other cars in line looked like they were going in and out pretty quickly for their oil changes.

Julian was very Articulate and very kind, this man shows very good customer service! Will be returning to this location!

Horrible service went for inspection sticker and tore windshield wipers I was looking at them and was told they were already worn

If you get your oil changed here be sure you check it after you leave. They will show you you're dipstick with clean oil but they won't actually change the oil. I guess they just wanted to pocket the money for the cost of the oil. They did it to me a couple times before I realized they're shady assholes. Don't go here for an oil change, it's a scam. The least they could've done is not taken so long to fake doing the oil change. I was surprised they scammed me like this because they acted nice and seemed to have good customer service, I feel very foolish for letting them scam me and I can only hope that karma gets them back.

The whole staff is incredible here. Your car is safe here plus they're fast. BEST oil changers in El Paso is an understatement.

Quick service... New location and doesn't have very many customers yet so no wait. I understand the need to upsell and I understand the need to maintain a car. Can't always afford to do it all at once. Mechanics could have been a little less condescending about my decision.
