Got our oil changed here today, the waiting area was very nice and clean, staff was friendly, the service was very quick.When I got in the car I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had vacuumed inside!!! I've never had such great service while getting my oil changed!!!

Lube X-Press has the best customer service. They fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. They have great prices. They explain the process and what needs to be done. The line technicians are all super friendly and make you feel at ease. I was able to get my oil changed in 45 minutes. Please check this place out

Guess you're paying for the speed and not the efficiency of having the job done right. Paid for top tier due to my type of car. They left the PLASTIC on the oil filter... broken pieces of the melted plastic found in the filter. And they over filled it... what a mess. I shouldn't have to double check someone's work.. someone who gets PAID to do. Least you can do it correctly.

Awesome customer service and quick service. Went to 3 different places for inspection in the area and were ignored or bad service. These guys immediately got on it and they were busy. Will be returning for oil change when it's time. Thank you

Mike and his crew were a big help. It's refreshing to see a team that can work efficiently and in a timely manner. They changed my oil, topped off my fluids, checked/corrected my tire pressure, cleaned my windows and offered some air fresheners. My only regret is that I do not know the names of the rest of the gentlemen but I thank them also.

Eugene, Hector and the crew were fantastic! I got to stay in my car while the service was done. They were very thorough, but were not pushy trying to upsell me (an issue I've had at other places, so I'm glad they weren't like that!!). Got my oil changed, tires filled, windshield wipers changed and windshield cleaned, cabin air filter exchanged and free car fresheners. I highly recommend them; I'll definitely be back next oil change!

Great customer service, didn't even have to get out the car for the oil. Jonas (hope I spelt that right) was really helpful when I asked for the oil change.

My husband took my car for an oil Change here. They struggled with my oil filter because Lexus makes a specific housing and so a specific cap is needed and they struggled but said they were able to do it . Two weeks later my car starts leaking oil and because my husband works out of town I said I would wait for him to come back and he could take it so they can see what they did . This morning my car gives a message saying engine oil level low. So I go drop off my daughter and within 20 minutes there is a pool of oil and my husband calls lube xpress and they said after 30 days they can no longer help me or correct their mistake. Do not bring your car here if you want friendly customer service or if you expect them to help you when they mess up. So now me and my 6 month old daughter are left without a car while my husband is out of town working.UPDATE* Corporate reached out to us and admitted to their fault for not advising us of damage done to my vehicle had my car towed to their mechanic and is now saying the damages done to my vehicle are not their responsibility.Do NOT bring your vehicles here as They do not care about their customers at all. All they care about is the money and their image. My car was perfectly fine before we took it to this chop shop and now I have no vehicle and have to pay for their screw up . The managers here lied to me trying to cover up their mistake , hung up on me, showed me no proof after claiming to have proof. They refuse to watch the cameras after my husband told corporate that they were banging on it and struggling and they refuse to accept their mistake . Avoid this headache and take your car somewhere else

Made me wait for like 25 min to then tell me that they couldn't do my oil change because they didn't have the filter , I think next time they should tell people that before filling out papers and waiting in the car with a new born taking service elsewhere. OR MAYBE THEY SHOULD TOLD PEOPLE WHEN I CALLED ON THE PHONE AND SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM WHAT CAR I HAD
