Loya's Custom Shutters

Saw Loya's Shutters at home show. Mr. Loya came and measured my windows and gave me a price. I had the whole house done. They came out beautiful. Very happy with the results. Would recommend them.

I used Loya's 9 years ago to update all the window treatments for that home. They did a beautiful job so when I purchased a new home of course I called them. The shutters are beautiful and in one day have made a huge different in the temperature of my home. The a/c is actually working less and the house is much cooler. Also much more privacy no peeking in between the blinds that came with the home. Now total privacy. The shutters in my previous home have worked and we never had any issues with them. Best investment we ever made.

I called this company to change the shutters of the bedrooms in my house. The first time they did very well with the master bedroom. But the next two bedrooms when I paid them to come change the shutters. They did change the shutters but the shutters weren't really painted well in some areas(it looks sort of scratched). So I called them back to give them a chance to paint it, because I don't want to complain or make a fuss. They said they would gladly paint them or redo them. It has been a month since they told me that. Keep in mind I still paid them to make my shutters look better but they ended up worse. I do not recommend.

I would not recommend anyone to this business. I paid the guy that came to my house to give me an estimate and he took off with the down payment that I gave him without putting the shutters I had asked for. I've called numerous times and they don't answer and never returned my phone call. These people give bad customer service and if you want to get robbed by these crooks then take that chance. It's difficult to find reliable businesses in El Paso, Texas. I would rather find another place to do business with than these people. So sad that El Paso has uneducated illiterate people here.
