The manager & assistant managers at this location are a joke! whatever position a certain Amber has, she's also a joke. Trying to get anyone here to help is like squeezing water out of a cactus, like WTF! Walking in you feel the tension in the air from all the employees who hate their jobs (and obviously each other) managers here run and hide from the customers. Never fails to see a group of them standing around poking their asses. Thank you idiots for making me a Home Depot shopper from now on :)

So my wife and I have been in the market for a new washer and gas dryer and opted to hit this place up. We go in and are looking around for a bit until an employee finally goes up to us and asks if we need help. We mentioned we are interested in a certain set, and she tells us one of the units is out of stock and doesn't even have a date to be available. We go through this for a bit until we come upon a set my wife likes, and it's available, we just need to wait a few days for the gas dryer to arrive. Then she starts telling us we need these parts and those parts, and we need to pay for haul away and install on each unit, and we begrudgingly agree. Then I ask for some pedestals to purchase as well, and that gets thrown into the invoice. We pay for everything at the store, and we are OK with our purchase until we receive a call from our sales person. The plumber wants to charge an additional fee to install the pedestal because he's a "plumber" and wants to charge more. We asked if the Lowes installer for the washer is going to charge us a fee also, and they said no. At first, we begrudgingly agreed to the fee, but the more we thought about it, the more it upset us we were being nickel and dimed to death. We decided to drive to the store and just ended up canceling the entire order and instead will go with another retailer who puts up the costs upfront.

Lowe's is terrible! The sales people mislead to you and are extremely unprofessional. We went to purchase a refrigerator and they put us a lease to own with progressive ( which costs you double) at the time we thought we needed to accept that since our refrigerator is almost gone. Anyway when we did the numbers we found that we really couldn't afford it so we tired to cancel and found it nearly impossible we constantly bring transferred with no one helping us two have associates actually hung up on us. Finally we called progressive lease and they managed to straighten it out. DO NOT TO BUSINESS with this company

The paint department is amazing! I went in to buy deck stain for our cabin, and they loaded up the 5-gallon container onto my cart! They also helped me with question that I had about the colors. The lumber department, not helpful at all! If you need help, you are on your own. The clerks will turn away if they see you coming to ask a question. Sad.

Horrible customer service. Waited one hour to get someone on the phone. Online stock stated there was 5 of the product I needed and I show up at the store and no one was willing to help me. My honest opinion, I have no idea how this business continues to thrive. They need to take a page of Home Depot's good customer service, I discourage all my friends and family from wasting their time at this horrible "home improvement" store, don't waste your time.

Went to store #1152 in El Paso, needed assistance came upon Allan and asked for assistance but no one ever showed up. Went back to him to let him know, he said they were shorthanded to wait. My son went to him and asked for help he said he didn't know hardware but walked him to get him someone to assist him. Why couldn't he have done that for ME a female? I watched him for 25min waiting for help and he continued to help others. I think he is a manager and he couldn't help and then the kid that he had help us didn't even know anything either. We had to figure it out ourselves. If your going to hire people at least Train them to assist someone in that department. It's sad that being a female and 59 years old he didn't even attempt to treat me with the same respect as he did those MEN. Not good Customer service.

I needed one part for a toilet repair and wanted to be sure I had the correct one. No one was anywhere near the plumbing section. When I found an associate, he did not know but said he would call someone to help me. We waited for about 8-10 mins. No one came to help. We then saw three associates walking at a distance but we unable to catch up to them. Lowe's has always been understaffed but on a Saturday they should have more employees. I am tempted to close my account but these stores are all the same. I will not return until or unless I have no option.

I went in to garden department to buy Roses for my garden. I was surprised that most of the plants are almost dead or dying, in full sun and no water. I found one that was not great but not much of a choice and I went to pay for it and was shocked that they still charged 29.99 for a plant that is almost dead. they need to fire the manager in charge of the store if he can't see how bad that department is. the plants almost dead, no water, almost stacked on each other branches tangled with other plants. the store needs to take care of this problem either stop selling flowers or put more shade and misting system to keep plants watered and not over order flowers where they stack them on top of others.

Terrible service!! I ordered a ladder online, they delivered to the wrong address. I canceled the order and went in person. The ladder on sale was up on the rafters. I asked for help getting one down and was told someone would be coming. 20-25 minutes later no sign of help so I asked an older gentleman with a camouflage Lowe's vest if he knew if help was coming and he got upset and gave me attitude. I went to HD and was done with all my shopping in less than 15 minutes. Never again sorry.
