I went to go buy groceries as usual and I noticed the store had a promotion if you buy $10 worth of items you will get free tea or product is free. At cash out time my total was $13 + and I asked for free product and they said there was no free product?!? I then said you are advertising this promo. They lied and this tire is misleading customers.

I guess if you want good fruit and vegetables, Target, Sprouts, Albertsons, and Whole Foods is the place to go, even if you have to pay a higher price. Big 8, Food King, and Wal-Mart never ever has ripe bananas, avocados, and jalapenos with no kick! I guess this spring Ill have to grow my own jalapenos and spend the extra bucks at the good stores. Even the meat/chicken is horrible, frozen to the max, the majority has freezer burn, hard to find ground turkey, oh and mushrooms that are not going bad.

The floor plan of this place is terrible. it is so difficult if you are not a regular customer to find the items you're looking for. Additionally, the product selection is lacking and you might find yourself compromising with a product you never truly wanted. Any perishable bought here will most likely mold over within a week's time, but the prices are lower than mahor grocery chains.

A display of Miracle Whip had a big sign (about 12 inches in height) on top stating the price as $2.99. There was also a coupon on top of the jar for $1.00. I therefore thought that the price I would be paying would be $1.99. At the check out, I was charged the $2.99. They advised me that the $2.99, already included the coupon discount. I told them that this was deceptive. The manager showed me a little tag on the shelf (about 1 x 1.5 inch), that stated the price at $3.99. They may clean up the stores and lower the prices all they want, but being deceptive about pricing will never gain customer loyalty.
