Love's Travel Stop

I love loves! Best chain place to stop on the road. Always clean bathrooms, large selection of drinks and snacks (including fruit). Friendly employees. Always my go to for a stop.

Service was great. I was just there for a bathroom break and to give my cats a minute outside their carrier. The man at the register was super sweet and the store was very clean. There is a pet area as well. No complaints whatsoever.

I wish I could give no stars. By far the filthiest showers! I hate loves travel centers. Even the regular restrooms are disgusting

There are mixed reviews about this travel stop.This is the "all you need to go to one stop shop". We need to fill up on gas and for 3/4 tank full $32.00 @$3.29 !!!!Restroom break a must so off we all went ... women's restroom is clean and guess whaaaat ???? !!!! It had seat covers and automatic toilet flush too !!!There are shower rooms provided for travelers especially the truckers. Awesome !This store has everything from hot and cold food , apparels, novelty items , accessories, electronics , automotive, tools and anything you name it !!! They keep up with what is trending for the season.Subway offers fresh sandwiches the way you like it I bought hand held games for my grandkids and of course my New Mexico ref magnet souvenir. Ashley the cashier was friendly and she was very helpful in directing me where I could find the magnets. And it was the only aisle I missed passing through, of course duh!, it's always that way LOL!!

It's hard to miss the "heart" on top of their sign as you're zipping along the Interstate and perhaps there's some sort of Pavlovian response because as soon as I saw the sign, I realized I needed a restroom.This one was decently clean and the shop was well lit so that I felt comfortable parking here and walking across the lot. They do not allow overnight parking and I didn't give it a try. Also, it was 95 degrees at 9pm. After my stay at La Quinta by Wyndham in Deming, NM, I was on my way... on the road again... isn't that a song? I'm the last person to ask about artist names, song names, song lyrics... I just don't remember them LOL.My 1st stop at Love's in Las Cruces, NM for gas only. Easy peezee! However, there was no paper in the machine to print my receipt... a pet peeve of mine, but I let it go shortly afterwards. I rather not walk into the food mart to get my receipt if I don't have to. I didn't need a restroom break this time around. Happy Love's!P.S. Prices were getting more and more appealing as I was heading east on Interstate 10 freeway towards Texas. Hooray!

This place was not that big but fully stocked. The restrooms were clean. Perfect spot to refuel, snacks, and use restroom.

So glad we stopped here heading east before we entered Las Cruces. This store was clean, easy, cheapest gas so far as we head east and very convenient. It wasn't overly crowded, the restrooms were clean and the kind staff let me refill my water bottle at the fountain! Thanks Love's!

Loves Travel Stop is the best place to stop when your on the road and need a clean restroom to use. Their bathrooms are always very clean no matter which one you stop at. At least this has been my experience with Love's Travel Stops. Driving thouhgh New Mexico and spotted this Love's and I knew it was the best place to make a pit stop for a bathroom break. They also offer goods you might need for the road such as snacks, drinks, Subway sandwiches, or a tire buddy. The employees here were welcoming and friendly. Will stop here in the future when Im in the area.

Hoo boy! This was one of those "Can I give it zero stars" situations. Perhaps it was just this particular Love's that was the problem. I will find out when I try to contact their head office and report our experience.We were heading east on I-10 and were looking for some place to camp for the night. We had heard about Love's RV stops and when we saw one about 100 miles down the road at Las Cruces, NM we decided to give it a shot.First of all, the on line check in sucked. At one point, as I was trying to add my credit card, it said it was "loading" and never loaded. When I called they had no clue. I asked if I could just pay when I got there but no, only on line.It finally timed out with some nonsense about captcha and I tried again and this time it worked.We pulled in and were shocked to see how close to the main road it was. But, it was too late to find another place before dark so we backed into our spot. After finally figuring out how to check in (even the guy who came out to help couldn't do it at first) we started hooking up. First, water pressure was 15 psi. I can almost spit more than that. I got a story about how they just had a company in fixing it but I guess they didn't actually test it. We never got any decent water pressure all night.Then the electric didn't work. They reset to no avail. They offered to move me to the next one over but we were already hooked up and had disconnected the truck. I suggested that I just pull my cord over to the other one and plug in there but they said no because then they couldn't rent my spot. I pointed out that my spot was dead anyway until they fixed the power.I then asked for a refund but since it was already dark I wanted to just boondock in the same spot. No go. They wouldn't refund me unless I disconnected all the services, hooked up the truck and took one of the big rig spots next to all the transport trucks that leave their rigs running all night making noise and spewing diesel fumes all over my paint job.I think the absolute worst part was the horrible customer service. All I got was "The computer controls all" and "It's our supplier's fault" like as if either one of those was a "me" problem. Oh, they offered me a free shower.
