Los Gueros Mexican Food

Our hotel offers a free breakfast but on one morning we decided to order breakfast burritos and Birria tacos from this Willcox food truck. Two persons can dine for less than $15.The Birria is cow meat slow cooked in a delicious sauce, also known as Birria de Res.My wife is from Mexico and we thought it was pretty legit to find this gem which could have been in East LA or similar Cali 'hood. There are two excellent Mexican restaurants in Willcox and Los Gueros makes a third option but not on Monday or Tuesday when they are closed.

I ordered 2 carne asada tacos and 1 quesabirra and i took a bite of a birria taco. I would definitely come back soon to eat just birria tacos it's located in a cute area

Wonderful People, excellent food. I loved it so much I had them cater my wedding. It was a huge hit We wished we ordered more.

The birria taco was fabulous, with the consommé. The asada was good too, but the birria was better. Good salsas too. Very happy to support small local businesses. A special treat was watching flocks of sandhill cranes flying overhead and making their distinctive calls.

This is my favorite birria in the entire area! It is absolutely delicious, and the people running it are the sweetest you will ever meet. I wish that they were open seven days a week, but everybody needs a little rest. Can't wait to go back!

chile relleno burrito was such a disappointment, limp, n barely there, no crisp, very bland. burria beef was dry.
