Los Corrales Mexican Food

Worst ever!!! Said it would be 40 min for our food ended up being over two hours when we finally asked for a refund. Said they couldn't give a refund because the manager was not around and no one knew how to??

Los Corrales Mexican Food is a food truck on Thorpe Road not far from the I 25 exit. It is open only on the weekends. Outside the truck they had a few chairs set up and a canopy overhead....no tables. Two extremely sweet young ladies were operating the truck. Prices were very reasonable and the service efficient. Today I had their specialty....the birria tacos. Lots of shredded beef, melted white cheese, some bits of onion, and some cilantro. Four big tacos for about $11.00 total. The tortillas were heated on the oily grill and served warm. The corn flavor was robust. The food was very good. It was all served of course with a large cup of their consome for dipping the tortillas as you ate. Will definitely return. If in the area on the weekend it is definitely worth a stop. (I can't give it a five star rating as there is no real dining experience to be had here, but the food warrants a four-and-a-half.)
