If I could give zero stars I would. The photos online are in no way representative of this property. I was shown 2 different apartments. One had feces stuck to the balcony floor, holes in the doors that were duct taped. Trash everywhere in the yards and even outside of the huge garbage bin. Not to mention that the property has several "cliffs" that I have confirmed with local PD people have inadvertently backed their vehicles off of.

The owner is friendly and the office girl was very gelpful. I only lived there one year, but had a spacious apartment. I would recommend them to others.

On the edge of town so you're 5 minutes from everything. Quiet. Great view of the mountains. Nice apartments. Good neighbors.
