Just picked up my daughter's glasses here. The two girls who helped us were great and very accommodating. The only negative would be that I called a couple times and left messages and didn't get a call back, but when I did get through they were very helpful

Very polite and Great staff. Nice doctors and accommodating, except for one MAJOR flaw. The business model of predatory and unnecessary exams and costs for no reason whatsoever. They actually refused and denied MY prescription for contacts online, because they wanted to require a "refitting" of simple contact lenses I've used before. Simply for changing brands.After some research it's a loophole in Nee Mexico. They can charge you a ridiculous amount for changing brands. No other reason. This is not even possible in most other states. Even the person I talked to buying my contacts said the same thing". It's absolutely unnecessary and an unneeded way to charge customers extra money that's not even legal in most states". After spending over $1000 dollars this year alone. I won't be suing themAgain. Ever

Receptionists are rude when you call. Automatically put you on hold as soon as they answer. Then keep you waiting on hold. When giving information I am inquiring about their tone of voice is so hostile. Patients should not be treated like they are bothering the facility when it is in fact a doctors office. Need new staff. I have been going for a couple years and this has happened more than once. I will not be going here because of the rudeness and lack of appointment availability. I do not want to wait a long time almost 6 months for new glasses or contacts.

went to this dr for years and they ended up screwing me in the end ... didint tell me i would be charged for contact lens fitting appoinment for my daughter, gave us contacts that were not her prescription said they are not the ones she needs , and then charged me for the visit and lenses,. then didint allow me or my other 4 children to come to eye dr until i paid that balance . horrible service and communication on there end!

While everyone on staff has been courteous and pleasant, the experience I had with the billing department is horrendous. I was told in a "fuck you" manner they take NO vision insurance, "and I should know because I worked here for 18 years."Customer service done right would be, "We don't file, but we would be glad to fax your claim for you." I liked rest of my experiences there, but will never again darken their door. Hateful and hostile billing department.

Excellent service, friendly and competent. Been a patient for three years.The equipment they have is much higher tech than the prior office I had been using. Highly recommend Dr. Adrian Tenorio.

Their tech misread my prescription making these expensive glasses difficult to read with. After having my optometris test the lenses, he found them to be off script. I returned to have Looks fix them. They wanted to blame my optometrist's prescription rather than themselves. They had me return several times (during covid) to question me rather then fix them. The woman I dealt with lacked people skills which made it more unpleasant. Then they wanted to charge me extra money to fix their mistake. I rarely leave a bad review but I felt I needed to since my experience was so disturbing. Please beware.

Dr. Tenorio and his staff go "out of their way" to help in all all areas of eye care. I've been going to Looks Eyewear Studio for almost four years and I have never had anything but five-star results!
