Little Caesars Pizza

Ordered the new Batman pizza because I was feeling festive. It was supposed to come with pepperoni, but they were feeling friendly and gave me pepperoni and human hair This is unacceptable and I'm disappointed in Little Caesars

This location refuses to accommodate curbside delivery. Literally parked 2 feet in front of the entrance, they will not bring the order to my car. I had to take my daughter inside to get it myself.We are in the middle of the second wave of the pandemic. You would assume they would want to limit exposure by customers. My wife works retail, interacting with the public everyday. I was shopping at the Walmart on Rinconada a week ago, where 2 employees tested positive. I'm trying to do my part but this store doesn't seem to care. The woman on the phone sounded annoyed by my request and was rude. Weird that they did curbside for me about a month ago. During that visit, the man on the phone had to ask a manager and sounded extremely confused by the request. To top off my experience, I paid extra for 2x sausage, when wasn't done. Some slices have 2 or 3 sausage pieces, which isn't acceptable on a regular order. I've haven't had this issue at any other restaurant in town. This restaurant has a disrespectful attitude towards positive and simple requests in the interest of public safety. It leaves me concerned about what other food safety measures they might be cutting corners on. I won't be returning.

We purchased a pizza today on line! It indicated it would be ready in 17 minutes. We arrived 7 minutes early, drove straight home and the pizza was terrible! It was overcooked very dry, minimal cheese and minimal pepperoni. My wife called the manager and the manager told her she was sorry and hung up on her. WOW! We will never go back to little Cesar's!!

I ordered the thick crust with 3 meat toppings: ("hot/ready"; on special)1. very little to no tomato sauce2. skimpy on the toppings (ok, on the pepperoni)3. the crust was undercooked and doughy on the inside chicken wings: buffalo and lemon pepper1. not hot; when picked up2. very oily/greasy3. ok, passable, when reheated at home4. included ranch dressing (prepackaged/processed); was strange, had a odd taste, weird consistency and not like a normal ranch dressing, should be.Went by the next day to address the product quality issue. I was informed by the manager: their policy is: call in the complaint about your order, the same day of service. I was looking for a refund; this was not available, without talking to a "regional manager". I was told they; would be available, to talk to the next day. I was offered another pizza; instead, I got some chicken wings, as a substitute. While, I would have preferred a refund; the exchange was dealt with promptly, with an apology and in a professional manner.

Their pizza has improved since the last time I had it...about 10 years ago. Pan pizza with a thick layer of cheese...and breadsticks, too... A great treat when you feel like sitting on the couch, watching a movie and not caring about counting those calories... Perfect for a Friday night at home...

service was terrible. reason was the cashier gave me $5.63 for a pizza that was $7.99. food was decent. the atmosphere didn't look very to me.

This review is for the Little Caesars on Sonoma Ranch. My elderly father wanted thin crust pizza with specific toppings. We paid $16 for the most disgusting thrown together pizza ever. It was burnt in parts, barely taste sauce, ingredients were not spread evenly through out the pizza. There was one giant lump of olives in one spot. And worst of all, there was a giant scrape of the toppings off on the side, not even sure how that happened, but they definitely put it in the box that way. I understand that this chain meets the bare minimum for tasty pizza, but this was far below bare minimum. Will never go back.

NOTE: THIS REVIEW APPLIES TO SONOMA RANCH LOCATION WHICH DOES NOT SHOW UP ON YELP. Chicken wings were horrible. They were expensive, tiny, old and leathery. I will be closely inspecting wings from this location before leaving next time. These wings should have never been allowed to be sold.

Pizzas the same as other Little Caesar's.I did notice the cashier being super nice to a pair of individuals with needs. Super awesome to see that now a days! 5 stars..

Was disappointed to see $1.75 per extra item. However when I asked for a thin crust with jalapenos I was being charged $11.00 + tax...Makes no sence so took home a pepperoni for $7
