Little Caesars

This is usually my favorite little caesars location. the pizza is not that bad n they have great service except for the manager i believe. The last few times that i've went i've encountered how he treats his employees. always tend to tip them before i leave. horrible service from him and manners as we'll, can't imagine how he is towards his employees.

Third time coming here where THEY TAKE THEIR PRECIOUS TIME!!! Even if/when we order online (you would think it'd be faster) they STILL TAKE FOREVER!!!!! Wouldn't recommend this location to ANYONE!!!

I'm amazed that this location remains open. Once upon a time, the service and food quality was decent. Using the app and pizza portal made life easy and convenient when you needed fast, cheap pizza. However, this location seems to never use the portal. 5 of the last 6 times I visited, my name was displayed on the screen and the staff had to randomly retrieve my order from somewhere else. Tonight, I figured I would pop in and order from the actual live human beings who work there.This was apparently a mistake. One customer in the store trying to pick up from the empty pizza portal (of course their order wasn't in the portal) and light drive through traffic.I stood at the counter to order for literally 3 minutes waiting for any of the employees to at least greet me even if they needed to more time before they could take my order. Both visible employees made very brief eye contact and completely ignored me.I'm DONE with this location... Train your staff, fix any broken equipment and figure out how not to be a terrible location!

If you can get to another pizza joint, I'd do that instead of coming here. Some frozen pizzas even taste better! I have pretty bad heartburn as I'm writing this. I'm pretty sure I'm going to have a rough time sleeping well tonight. I think I'm being generous in this review. I'd say it's about 2.5 stars.I used the drive thru and had to repeat my simple order around three times! They took 10-15 minutes to have my order ready for me. Aren't they supposed to have hot and ready pizzas as soon as you arrive? The pizza was overcooked and tasted dry. The crazy bread and sauce were pretty good. The customer service was just ok, nothing spectacular. I hadn't been to this location in years! I remember it being the same back then. These are the reasons why I quit coming.

Actually better than you may expect, the stuffed crust deep, deep dish pizza is very good when they make it for you from scratch, and only takes like 10 minutes, I'm just not a big fan of the hot and ready pizzas, unless I'm starving :OJust don't try the chicken wings, I think you will be disappointed.

The staff here are extremely rude. At some point, they realized that they can take home any unsold pizzas. Because they get pizzas that aren't sold, they will yell at you to not buy a pizza. I have noticed this at two locations in El Paso. Ownership should give a really hard look at the flunkees they hire and the pizzas they steal.

This place sucks. Don't do business with them. Today was my final straw dealing with these people. For about the last 7 or 8 times I go in there, they always tell me that they don't have anything ready. That I must wait 10 or 15 minutes before they will have anything ready. It is the same ole, same ole every time I go in there. Not only that, but the staff is extremely unattentive, and rude and they don't seem to give a crap about taking care of their customers. Don't waste your time with these people, they can't get their act together. Never. ever.

Service his is on point. In the three times I've went here, regardless of how busy, the staff has been awesome. Friendly, professional and prompt. The foods good too.

If i could leave 0 stars i would. never ordering from here again nor am i ordering from doordash. they forgot my drink and told me to call door dash and then when I did door dash told me to call little Caesars so I called little Caesars again and then they finally put me to the customer service for the little Caesars app and they finally fixed my problem. never again!

We opened a store right behind This Little Caesars ( the mercanti but never tried their pizza. I have to say that is very good. I was very impressed with the employees, the manager and the kindness that is shown there.
