Yummy egg rolls and noodles - a great find in T or C! Only about a mile from the freeway, will def stop again

The service and food here is so consistently good! T or C is lucky to have this gem. I love the crispy egg noodles with tofu and the egg rolls are amazing.

Rice and noodles in TorC... yes, please. It's a food truck serving Vietnamese food (w/ a few Chinese options). The shaken chicken (usually made with beef, nice to have a choice) was delicious. The menu is small, but they have some great option. Entrees are $12 and portions are generous! They were out of spring rolls, so I have to go back and try them. They are open 6 days a week. What an awesome addition to TorC.

I'm so happy I stopped here. The food was delish, fresh, good portions and reasonably priced . They were super nice. Too bad they weren't closer to my hometown in RI. Sounds like they have some exciting plans and I look forward to seeing them next time I'm in town.

I've been to Linh's Noodles a few times now, and I've never been disappointed. The food is always delicious, the service is friendly and attentive.I've tried a variety of dishes on the menu, and I've loved everything I've had. My favorites are the pho, and the beef lo mein.

Delicious noodles! The Pad Thai was different than anything I've ever had (red onions, lighter noses), but it was fantastic! Linh's is a food truck in the parking lot with a table if you want to eat there.

I ordered rice noodle soup, or Pho, two weeks ago. I think they should leave the broth plain and give you condiments on the side so you can fix your own taste instead of making the broth very spicy. It's just too spicy to me, white & black peppers. Today I ordered Pad Thai, again, very spicy! This is not the way "Pad Thai" we cook/serve in Thailand, I was a bit disappointed. They should prepare plain stir fried Pad Thai, serve with condiments (options) such as roasted ground peanut, ground dried red chili, sugar, fresh bean sprout, and fresh cut chives. May be other customers like it that way. I thought I just wanted to share my opinions. Good luck!
