Excited to move in! Very friendly staff, wonderful apartments. Whole atmosphere is beautiful lots of greenery!

Worse experience ever so happy we decided not to move here. Literally been calling them for two days since they have AI application process. To no avail no one has called me for 48 hours! The first incompetent staff member sent me the wrong link 4 times super inconvenient and unprofessional! We left our deposit and fees so today after my billionth attempt at there application I finally decided they didn't want our business nor money. Mind you my husband is an essential worker their site states they cater to essential workers and such utter BS! No follow up calls No communication whatsoever! Going to have to call the BBB to have my deposit back since they we're quick to withdrawal my money but no freaking communication or lack of skills! Needless to say I had the worst experience ever! Not even in other cities bigger ones which we invested in did we get such unprofessional and left us with an unwelcoming experience! DO NOT MOVE HERE DO NOT EVEN PLACE YOUR DEBIT CARD WITH THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE! Good luck people seriously! Super upset!

Nice apartment itself. They will price gauge you upon lease renewal. If I renew for 12 months I will be paying more than a new resident in a bigger apartment. They are scammers at the finest. Also as someone wrote 3 years ago, the leg press machine in the gym is still broken. Where does all this extra money that I'm paying go? Pitiful management overall.

I applied for an apartment but they rejected me and they refused to return my ID copies they took my money and then they asked me for a co-guarantee and I paid for it too and 5 minutes later they say no anyway what happens that they wanted to tempt me to a more expensive apartment
