Great job excellent customer service good pricing I was traveling from Dallas Texas to Huntington Beach California with my boat and was having so issues with wheel hub breaking etc. no other trailer company in El Paso AKA the competition would even give me the time of day because it was 3 o'clock and everybody closed at five on Friday I was told to bring it to their location and he would make sure that I was back on the road today and they did just that The greatest thing of all is I was out of there before 5 o'clock back on the road thank you very much for the job well done. I see nothing has changed with this business. Owner and son are rude. Prices are quite high for the product. It looks more like a salvage yard than an actual business. I left and gave my business to their competition.

Personnel is rude and has zero concept of customer service. More than rude, he is obnoxious. Actual product availability is subpar at best and if you have any questions, forget it. His knowledge is minimal and he treats any questions like an inconvenience. I would only recommend this place as a last resort. This guy is awful. If anything less than 1 star was available, I'd give it that because 1 star is too generous.

Very unprofessional... lost a day with them and my appt. was good as tissue paper. I asked for the best of the best, LED lights, whole rewireing and They decided to do a white man's trailer before ours. VERY BAD SEEVICE DO NOT RECOMMEND

I have used Lenco on numerous occasions to rent trailers when I can not transport items that are too large for my vehicle. I always find them very cooperative and willing to go the extra mile to meet my needs. They are knowledgeable and helpful as they have a large inventory to choose from. Try them, you will like them...
