Miguel was amazing! Super fun and friendly and does an amazing job with your nails! He did exactly how i asked him and even made great suggestions for picking my color!

I have been coming to legacy for years and lately there is new staff and seems like they're always in a rush. I was disappointed today because the girl rushed through the whole thing I had to tell her twice what I wanted. She was to busy answer your calls and talking to her neighbor. I was also in a rush doing my nails. I was a little disappointing cause I was rushed out of there chair and didn't like the way my pedicure turned out. Anyway not sure whether I recommend it or not but try and see for yourself if it's worth it or not.

Love Legacy! The staff is attentive, the place is very clean and I feel fabulous walking out. I love Cindy, she is the best!!! I loved my nails!

Made an appt for today for original time of 10:00am but was called to reschedule to 3:30 this afternoon. I arrived at 3:15 and waited until 4:15. Finally the Tech came for me. I always take pictures of what I want and she always tells me it's not a problem she can do it. But I definitely didn't get that. The ring finger is not even remotely close to what I wanted or even asked for. I spend a lot of money here and rarely get what I ask for. I'm not happy at all nor is my husband happy with the outcome. But she was rushing because she was running behind and had other appts waiting. I feel like she doesn't listen to me at times. I don't know that I will be returning. I hate that because she does do good nails just not what is asked of her.

Absolutely love this nail salon! The inside is beautifully designed, creating such a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. Most importantly, my nails have never looked better! They do an amazing job every time. Highly recommend! Best in El Paso!

I returned to Solon to speak with the owner about either fixing the issue or refunding the cost. However, she refused to fix it, citing my review. I offered to remove the review if she made things right, but she declined. When I asked if she was satisfied with the work, she simply said it was adequate. I expressed that my daughter could do a better job, to which she replied, "Then let your daughter do it."

I brought my wife here for a $35 pedicure. During the process the technician made a comment about my wife having some acrylic product on a couple of her toes. So she talked her into putting on acrylic instead of the regular product and she also changed the polish over to gel which was also more expensive. My wife wasn't told about the higher cost of the products so we ended up paying $70, which was twice as much as expected. Even though my wife mentioned to them that she had requested the $35 pedicure and not $70, no consideration was taken for their mistake. It seems like this operation will try to take advantage of their customers price wise whenever the opportunity arises--

so I went in yesterday for a pedicure. The wait wasnt very long, but when they did me at the pedicure chair, the stylist then left and left me there. I'm gonna say 10 to 15 minutes. Then when she finally started doing my nails, she never asked me what package I wanted. She just asked me how I wanted my nails done. It was the day before my birthday so I would've spent more money on a good package, but it wasn't offered to me. I did mention that it was the day before my birthday. Also, I am a mother I don't go in quite often, and I did want to spoil myself, and I wasn't given the opportunity to. and I did try making a little bit of small talk with her, but I am gonna say I didn't think she was too friendly, my sisters had gone in a week prior and my sister's daughter got the same lady I did and also said that they thought she wasn't very friendly . My nails came out fine, I am happy with them.

I check the review of the place from time to time bc my experiences here were bad and wanted to see if it's the same for anyone else. They were very rough that they cut me both times I've been with them. It's unfair to see that some customers are treated better than others. This isn't a place that i recommend and I hope no one has the same experience that I have but it's seems that I'm not the only one. I've left reviews of Facebook and google as well.

I loved how quickly I was seen and how nice everyone was but I've had my nails for less than 24 hours and I'm losing so much of my chrome powder. For $65, I'm disappointed.
