Legacy Construction

We hired Legacy Construction to replace the roofing on our house. Chris and his team not only did amazing work on the shingling, but also the flat roof that is the covered patio attached to the back of the house. Very professional and completed the project in days. The only reason it took more than two days was due to materials availability for the back patio. I've seen a number of houses in my neighborhood that are similar to ours take a week or more. From Betty in the office to Chris (project manager), to the team of roofers, they are an amazing and easy to work with company who listen to their customers, provide accurate and current information, very skilled work (fixing issued in original construction if necessary) and well priced. Legacy Construction is hands down one of the best in El Paso!

I'm shocked by a few of the reviews on here. Truly. We had a great experience with Legacy. Referred to us by USAA after a hail storm a few years ago. They replaced our roof and did excellent work! Walked us through the entire process, explained their products, made interior repairs. All top notch. Highly recommend.

Legacy replaced my roof after it was damaged in a hailstorm. They did an excellent job and the roof looks great. Like any other construction project there are always a few minor pitfalls but legacy responded to everything that we had a concern about and fixed it to our satisfaction .We are very pleased with the work they performed and we highly recommend them.

I reached out to Legacy on a possible roof repair and found the staff to be knowledgable and courteous. Their prices are comparable. They were highly recommended from past customers. I appreciate the "live" consultation since it seems computers and AI have inundated customer service.

Found water spots in our ceilings and scheduled an appointment. They worked quickly with getting estimate to my insurance. Within 2 weeks, my new roof was installed. Communication between my insurance and staff at legacy was great. The whole process was very easy.

We contracted Legacy Construction to repair our roof after the last hail storm we had. It was the best thing we could've ever done. Matt was super helpful, responded to calls or messages within a short time and were very patient. These Matt and his superintendent Tom will treat you like family, can't recommend them enough. If you want a company that's straight up and honest that don't cut corners this is the company.

I was referred to Legacy from my insurance company to fix the ceiling and roof; do to hail damage. The staff was great at communication; if I had a concern they would address it and offered assistance with the solar company to remove the panels. There was a slight issue with a sub contractor's work and when i reached out, Legacy was quick to resolve the issue and never made me feel like an inconvenience. I appreciate having a company stand behind their work. I definitely recommend them.

Purchased home that had new roof installed in December 2017 by this company, which is often a perk. After living in our home 2 months, a leak was found that is coming from shoddy work at vents. We called this company and found out their warranties don't transfer to new owners. Surprised that this company continues to get work through USAA. Their work is inferior and has caused major damage to the home. Will also be letting insurance company know. Would not recommend in the slightest.
