Terrible return policy. If you buy a vaporizer from here, you BETTER love it, because unless the thing is broken out of the box(which is going to be hard given they open your product and test it in the store), they won't allow you to do a return, or exchange.I bought an AirisTech Viva, with a glass bubbler attachment kit, on the 23rd of December. The vape was $75, and the bubbler piece $15. Price seemed okay, but I did see two other AirisTech products that were a bit more expensive, but didn't offer the glass bubbler attachment kit, so I stuck with the $75 one.After taking it home and using it, I was a bit underwhelmed. The vape is fine. It's not great, it's not horrible, it's alright. I call up the shop on the 26th(day after Christmas) to see if I can exchange it for the most expensive AirisTech product, and I'll happily pay the difference.They apparently have a 2 week period for returns, of which I was 3 days into it. They have a receipt policy. I have the receipt. But because my vaporizer still works, they won't do a return or exchange. I don't even know if that is legal, but I know this is a place you will not want to shop at.DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID. SHOP ELSEWHERE.

Pretty nice selection of different products here. I needed a bottle of e-liquid because all the vape shops in town were closed because of New Years. Good selection of e-cigarette product for a smoke shop, although I hope they can keep more cosmic fog in. Employee I spoke with was friendly and patient. When I realized I was a dollar short he discounted me to make the sale happen. Will definitely be back a second time based on this experience.

Horrible serrvice!!! I did purchase something. I asked before I took it if I could bring it bacK because I forgot a piece. They said sure you have 2 weeks to do so. It's been a week and I used it but once. Bought it of someone else. He used it with his piece. And said to come back if any problems. Now I've never seen this girl. I WAS loyal to them. Now they went back on their word and didn't do either money back or exchange. Not good. I went ahead and left them the item to resell to someone and take their money too. Never coming here again.

Been at Lee Trevino many times, for papers, lighters, and little things here and there. Last week my charger for my vape pen gave out, went there and found it for a good price... a week later it stopped working... went back to the shop and with no hesitation they replaced it for no extra cost...I was ready to pay for a new one. It they definitely hooked it up and am very grateful...great customer service and great products, definitely my number one spot to go to... -Josh

Damn these people suck. The place is tiny cramped location with huge pole holes in the parking lot, crap selection, overpriced for the most part. I walked in just out of convenience I live 3 blocks away i wanted to get glass tips (15 bucks here) for my rolled cigarettes. When I told the I had seen the same tips elsewhere for 3 dollars he claimed to price match. But when I actually walked up to the register he proceeded to Hagle with me so I walked out I'd rather take the drive to zaragoza than deal with those rude levas. And if yall clerks got a problem with my review get at me.
