So you would think that if Ms. Reyes promotes her law firm as a Ticket Dimissal Service they would know the in & out of the procedure of how it works.Ms. Reyes and her crew are all about sending you updates but the answer to what you hire them for is lost. Took our money and produce NO results, a year later you have to pay because they did not do the job they were hired for because the drop the ball. Blame it on the computer, the county clerks, everybody but them. Not only do we have to pay citations but attend Defensive Driving!

This lawyer has helped me 2 times in several years. Both times she did fine. There isn't much else to say, other than she got one speeding ticket dropped & a BS phone ticket cancelled. I was on my Bluetooth on my car & idiot cop said he saw me touch my phone. Even admitted he heard me on the Bluetooth.

Disappointed in Monique's services. She was paid to represent us on two citations-one that could be dismissed by proof of registration and a speeding ticket. She was provided with payment for her services, the proof of registration, and the citations. After the court date, she emailed stating that she was unable to have either of the citations dismissed. She then shared that we could have one citation dismissed by providing the proof of registration. Proof that she had at the time of the court date. I'm unsure why she couldn't, at minimum, get that one citation dismissed for us.

Receptionist was rude and unwilling to help, she cut me off as I would speak and would constantly take deep breaths and sigh as I would talk just rude

Excellent Law Office!! I have had Ms Velarde represent me in 5 citations over the course of 3 years and it has been a great experience. Excellent communication from this attorney, almost everything is handled via email and I love that as I am very busy during the day and not able to answer calls because of work. I am kept up to date with progress and final disposition. I have had to only pay $50 once and the rest of my citations have been dismissed. I love Ms Velarde's services!!
