I highly recommend you look elsewhere if you are looking for a law firm. From the receptionist to the lawyers this place has the rudest people I have ever met. You'll never get through to anyone and if you leave a message you can bet it'll be days before you get a response. They were paid a lot of money for a half ass job. If you are ever referred to this law firm run the other way.

Ms. Vigil and her staff were professional and courteous when I needed family matters addressed (e.g. POS and will). I have nothing but respect for this attorney and her staff, and will continue to utilize their services as my needs arise. A+ recommend!

Honest and fair. We were looking to retain their services for our daughter in a nasty child custody case only for our daughter to suffer another downward spiral. If our daughter gets her personal life together we would certainly reach back out for there services in the future. Thankyou for taking the time to explain our options and save us the expensive court dealings.

This woman is lazy, unethical and ignorant of the law. Her assistants are no better. Their officer overcharged you for a worthless service. She us slow to respond or does not respond at all. In my case, she displayed she clearly does not know the law and did not read the statutes. Save your money and you will be better served representing yourself.

I am very dissatisfied with this office and the staff members, particularly Sharice Ogas Pacheco. She handled my case and I am estimating to have spent over $8000 over 9 months for something I could have done easily myself if I had spent the time on going through the required paperwork. I had hoped to achieve a 50/50 parenting plan with the help of a representative but looking back, it seems like I would have done much better on my own. One time during an in person consultation for a parenting plan she had stated that "it is good that we are doing this in person so I can charge you more" I kid you not! I do not know if that was supposed to be funny or just plainly unprofessional. After the office withdrew from that case the did not have me sign the request, instead they wrote "Did not respond". At times it seemed that things became even worse being represented. I do not feel like fathers are being properly represented with this office and I would advice any father who is seeking advice to shop around first and also do most of the work themselves plus educate themselves about State Law and Federal Law. It is worth it to do so and not just blindly trust somebody who in my opinion is highly overpaid for the work that they are doing. If I compare this to what an Engineer is making, and in my opinion that work is much more valuable to humanity, the numbers absolutely do not add up. Overall there is a larger problem with general perception and view points on general rights of fathers in the US and the World regarding parenting, which has nothing to do with this office, but as long as we do not regard both parents to have equal rights as far as parenting, it is absolutely not worth it to get an attorney for fathers in my opinion. For some reasons custody is generally rewarded to mothers even though that is one of the worst forms of discrimination. A mother is not automatically a better caregiver for a child just because she is female. I know of a lot of very loving fathers, including myself. Maybe it was just this office and somebody else would have done much better but overall I did not feel properly represented.

My elderly father and I had the pleasure of working with Attorney Scott A. Ludlow. I was in town and needed some legal documents completed ASAP. We had a Zoom conference in the morning and he was kind enough to have us in that afternoon to sign the documents. What a lifesaver. We were over the moon with the service we received! What a weight off of our shoulders to get things done in such a timely manner. He was a pleasure to work with and we would recommend him to anyone! Ashley the secretary was also very helpful and quick to answer any questions!Highly Recommended!- Erica (MA) and Rick (NM)

I had the pleasure of having Mr. Scott Ludlow represent me in a battle to regain time with my children. He was very: professional, responsive, competent, and intent on sticking to my priorities in attending to my case. I also enjoyed interacting with his paralegal staff: Ashley, Aliss & Elizabeth. I highly-recommend this law firm and was myself recommended to them by legal profesionals: Mark & Micah Standridge. -Stephanie (Hanusa) Liu

Thank you Jill Johnson Vigil and your staff you made my life wonderful!Divorce can be the darkest time of your life but you have your eyes on the future effects of the decision we have to make today. If I hadn't had your insight and ability as an attorney I would not be where I am today. Thank you for all you did for me and my family. We sometimes think we want quick results to solve an issue today but we don't realize those quick results can be a disaster in the long run. Thanks again for looking out for my future not just the present day.!!!

Think about what you are saying, Isaac the business manager. You were not the attorney so the details of the case is not for you to even know much less refer to as "I" in your (business manager) reply.. Fact of the matter My father who I have POA when needed to speak on his behalf, is in a worst position now then when we first walked through your office doors... Emotional for me you say, of course it is when you watch your father get taken advantage of by someone we thought would help ease this divorce burden. YET not even respond to motions filed since Feb. and May. Honestly I could go on and on.. Point is not happy with our experience and with the comment it's obvious the office has some issues as well... Isaac thanks for the well wishing finding a new attorney. I know you really mean that in a very professional way and not the rude way it comes across. Positive criticism only makes you better. Remember that! My father will be just fine, I will only accept the best for him.. It's called ADVOCATING not emotional by the way.
