Sooo disappointing. I ordered a bouquet for a friend and when she sent me the photo it was not even close to what I had asked for. It only included one flower that I wanted. I decided to call and just find out what happened and sat on the phone for 40min with the owner accusing me and yelling at me instead of once offering a sincere apology and coming up with a solution to make it better. I always try to support women owned businesses so it's so disappointing to have to write this review. So the flowers weren't what I wanted, I can get past that, but what I can't get past is the toxic personality of the owner. Save your money and your mental health and buy somewhere else. No vale la pena.

Excellent place to get fresh flowers.The staff there is wonderful and will bring you into the cooler to look at the flowers.Also is a wonderful gift shop and fake flower shop. Recommend for any occasion.

I've always preferred to visit a florist's shop before ordering from them. This store is tucked away in a strip mall on N. Mesa. It is not what I would call a traditional flower shop but the Yelp reviews were good and the lady who waited on me assured me the arrangement would be big and nice. She was right, the arrangement was very nice and was delivered on time. The cost was $50 with a $10 delivery fee. It contained orange and pink roses and some beautiful lillies. I definitely will be back.

Wonderful work! I ordered flowers for my mother and individual roses for the 18 8th graders that were acting in her play for opening night. I live in California, so I just had to cross my fingers that it'd all turn out.The girl who answered the phone was extremely helpful, and she was open to my ideas while also adding her own suggestions. My mother told me that everyone kept raving about the flowers and asking where she got them because they were so gorgeous. Thank you so much! I'll definitely be ordering again :)

Truly the best florist in ELP. Lovely design, beautiful flowers and pleasant delivery. Ordered two different bouquets for my wife. It was delivered on time and worth every penny.

Had to roll,the dice as I live in Wisconsin and needed to send flowers to my sister in El Paso . I am so pleased with how the arrangement turned out-it was simply beautiful! Thanks so much for the great work guys!

Laura Carrillo Designs has helped us tremendously with creating and delivering flowers to local family members in El Paso, TX. We live in Long Beach CA and have had reliable and better than expected experiences with their services. Gorgeous flower arrangements and attentive to customers!

I live in California but wanted to send flowers to my aunt in El Paso. Doing so over the phone could be disastrous. When I called they were Extremely polite and helpful. I gave the employee my budget and she worked with it. She let me know what they had in stock and what roses she thought would work well. They did same day delivery for a very affordable price. My aunt was very surprised and very thankful. She loved them. Nice to know there are still companies that offer honest service. (My only concern was the flowers slightly froze upon my aunt's doorstep. So there was a bit of wilting happening but I guess that's Mother Nature's fault. Just an idea... Maybe a cover or plastic wrap of some sort could help when it's cold in Texas. We don't get cold in Cali so I'm not an expert ) Thanks!

I just used Laura Carrillo Designs for a memorial service. I live in Seattle, WA and sent it for a co-worker's sister's service whose family lives in El Paso. I saw the great reviews and beautiful pics so I thought I'd give them a call. Not being in the same state always makes me nervous to buy without seeing it, but I have to say they did an AMAZING job! I gave them a price range and an idea of what I was thinking and they ran with it. It turned out to be a gorgeous arrangement. Would use them again in a heartbeat!
