So far so good, I moved in recently. The staff is great, a trooper lives here so if anything happens you have someone that can respond immediately, lots of amenities and I love how the pool is heated. The price isn't crazy expensive, especially because I have wood floors and granite counter tops, plus it's dog friendly and has in unit laundry. Tell me if you can find another apartment with all those features. It's in a great location and if you work on East Bliss like me the commute is not far at all. I really do love how quiet this place is and I always have parking although I never got a reserved parking spot. Overall, it's a great place. If you're going to pay fees and deposits you should realize, like any other place, it's non refundable. I will say that the dog deposit is crazy expensive, 300$ refundable and 300$ non refundable, but you're able to pay it in 2 pay periods, 1st and 15th. It's still a lot though, I wish the deposit wasn't so much for a dog, but I guess I can understand because for a 1 bedroom you only pay a 100$ deposit. If you're military we get waived a lot of the fees and 20$ off rent too. I'd give this place a try if you're looking for something that's not too expensive and is nice. I forgot to mention, they have storage spots for 20$ a month too, so for any of you that have a lot of TA 50 like me it helps.

1.5Why did I even bother cleaning the crap out of my apartment when they were going to charge me for cleaning it anyway?I cleaned the drip pans, I wiped the base boards, and short of dismantling the washer and drier, I cleaned those too. Or was it the thin layer of sand and dust that comes from living in the desert? I went all the way down that checklist they gave me but they still charged me, on top of charging me for some guy walking my garbage 50 ft to the dumpster. Oh wait, that never happened because the little garbage can they were supposed to give me never appeared. But at least I got the trail of dumpster juice covered in ants in front of my door. Glad I got charged for the pest control. And again, I could've been out of there weeks earlier, almost a month if they'd just let me pro-rate the rent. But once I crossed the first of the month, even if I wanted to leave before the 8th, I guess an extra month of listening to that creaky rusty gate breaking in between some dingus in a Dart revving his engine and blasting crap music at all hours wasn't a big deal. What if I had been on deployment orders to Iraq? Would they have charged me an entire month just because it was past the first of the month?Honestly, I liked this place, I did. It was clean, relatively tidy, and close enough to the highway that I could get to work on time without waking up a couple hours early. Dropping the rating down seems petty and a knee-jerk reaction, and to be honest the cleaning fee really wasn't all that much, but adding that in with all the little extra fees and charges, it all added up quick. It's a business, I get it, it needs to make money. But part of the reason I opted to live off-post was because on-post housing does the same sort of money-grabbing, wallet-bleeding practices, like charging to clean what's already clean or throwing in little fees. So when they sneak in an extra $150 to the rent, don't be surprised. Yeah, it's not a bad place to live, sincerely it isn't. It's pretty affordable, there are some decent amenities, they keep the area pretty clean and tidy, and your neighbors in the community are nice enough. Mostly. But don't expect much leeway with respect to business practices or financial matters. Even when you move out they still send you bills.

Living here has been hell. We constantly are accused for our dog shitting right in front of a very populated dog area which happens to be out front area right as we walk out. We are accused of it when there are clearly 4-5 green bags of dog shit right at our front door that prove we pick it up. They fine you for anything honestly. We ended up having to get cameras to prove to the office that it isn't us. Dumb & we pay well over $1060 a month for a 2bdrm/2bath and that's as much as a house.

Great Staff!!Cathy, Jamie and Gabby are great (staff). Friendly atmosphere, very safe community. The Apartment complex just celebrated with all the tenants the MX Independence day with free tacos, churros, candied fruit and Mexican candy. It was awesome, there was even raffles (1) ticket per tenant. they always do cool things like that for 4th of July, Labor day, etc. Its really fun and it makes, people feel appreciated, well at lest me. I have lived here for a year and I have cero complaints...Of course I wish the rent was cheaper but I think everyone would LoL

I moved my family into this apartment because it seemed family friendly - gated, two pools, ample parking. I quickly learned though that the gates are always either broken or simply left open, the parking is good only if you pay for covered parking, and the pools are always over-run with adults drinking who do not have bands to prove they are even residents (meanwhile we are told that we MUST wear them). Then there are always cigarette butts on my front porch and dog poop everywhere (even though the complex does provide dog areas and even dog poop disposal bags). I have complained about the noise from my upstairs neighbors repeatedly - and to no avail. Their parties are noisy, but the lack of insulation in the construction of this place also means that you can simply hear EVERYTHING - even casual conversations from next door and above. Between having two children and a fiance who is a 100% disabled veteran with PTSD, this place is just not for us. It would be better with a solid management staff who would enforce rules and stay on top of issues. Don't let the pleasant exterior convince you that there are family friendly or luxury, by any means.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. I can not say this enough, AVOID. This is the worst place I've ever lived in. They charge for any and everything little things they can. The apartments are poorly built. We constant are have issues, whether it be dirt getting blowed through the cracks in walks, cracks in the walls/ceiling, lights constantly going out, washer always making loud noises everytime you run it, and hearing your neighbors though both sides and above you. If you have a dog it's even worst. They have two tiny 'dog parks' that are covered in dog poop. It's literally a landmine of poop. If your mail box is on the side closest to dog park you will get a lovely aroma of dog poop. If your dog has diarrhea they expect you to provide a container fill up with water inside your apartment and walk it back outside to 'wash up the rocks' rather than wait an hour or so for it harden an easily pick up. you will constantly be picking up your neighbors dog poop and they do not do anything to hold those people accountable. they will tell you to take a picture. Not only will you be paying rent, water, monthly dog fee, it is your responsibility to take picture of people that are not doing the right thing. Rather than the management who do get paid. It's your responsibility as the resident to sit outside and watch for people who don't pick up their own dog poop. If you actually want to exercise your dog and have them not walk though dog poop, there is a nice park down the road. The only internet you're able to use is through ATT and it absolutely sucks and barely works half the time. For a shoebox of a one bedroom you are paying roughly $1050 for. They do not let you see the apartment prior to moving in. The pools are constantly dirty and half the time are locked due to 'residents not following the rules'. Their idea of a small gym is basically like 4 little cardio machine. All I can say, I can not wait for my lease to be up and finally move out!!! I would NOT recommend this place to anybody. Let me say it again, AVOID at all cost.

Did not have any problems. Great service. Friendly staff. Loved that they had 2 pools so if one was crowded you can go to the other. And the free cookies and coffee we're always great in the front. Never had issues with neighbors. Best part never had issue with mail unlike other apartments I've lived at. Always got told if I had a package up front immediately. Good place to live. And they respected our privacy. I had dogs and they would give us a for warning before so I could put them in the room if I knew they were stopping by for services or repairs.

Las Torres Apartments is one of the worst apartment complexes I've ever lived at. The management does not respond to calls or inquiries. Crystal, the front desk manager is rude and dismissive toward their residents. Maintenance does not respond to requests and there is a constant need for repairs. I would never renew my lease in this apartment and DO NOT recommend it to anyone seeking an apartment. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.
