Would I live here again... likely not. I will say that moving out was not painful. As long as you are hospitable and not breaking blinds or putting holes in the walls, you likely will receive your full deposit back. The apartment was nice with excellent appliances. Large rooms with large bathrooms and plenty of storage in our 2BR and 2BA layout, which was an amazing and large layout. My major gripe is management. It seemed as if 1/3 of the time our repair requests would be completed in a timely manner. In addition, they do not disclose all the details of the club house. For instance, we used the club house and were informed that it would cost $50/hr. They did not disclose with us that there was a $75 cleaning fee. Also, they never seemed to hold onto the same staff. Lastly, why did they decide to repair the pool during the summer and not the winter? I lived here in 2018-2019. Maybe things have changed since then?

Been loving here for years and finally moving out. The most recent leadership among staff members also, has been the absolute worst: incompetent, irresponsible, and irrational. If you move here, you only have yourself to blame.

Beware of this property! The employees are extremely dishonest and do not disclose "policies" properly. Cable is said to be included in rent. Upon moving out we were rushed to vacate the unit by 12 am! My husband and i made sure to leave unit clean from top to bottom and in the same condition we were given, With the exception of two small red stains on their already stained filthy carpet (they do not change out their carpet for each tenant).Upon moving out the cable equipment was left in a closet. When looking at my credit report i noticed a delinquent account from spectrum stating i have been sent to collections due to equipment not being returned. When i called LAS MANSIONES to retrieve my equipment they stated they "threw it away" and that they had "attempted to call me to notify me that the equipment was left behind". When i asked for a call log of this they could not provide me with that. When i asked them to review contract with me disclosing customers responsibility for cable equipment as apartments PROVIDE the cable, they were unable to do so and simply stated it was said verbally, which it was not. Coming from someone who works in customer services and deals with people leaving belongings behind on a daily basis i cannot begin to understand how an employee could not simply make a phone call informing someone their belongings were left behind. Not even a VOICE MAIL. Hannah is extremely disorganized and very scattered brain. She states she uses an old school planner to physically write everything out in an effort to keep her "organized" however, this CLEARLY does not keep her organized. If asked i could provide RECORD of the number of times i have reached out to this office for assistance. I cannot even begin to explain the experience my family had while living here for ONLY one year. Rent here at your own risk, but i guarantee you will be dissatisfied. Do not let these employees passive aggressive demeanors fool you and their high pitched, annoyingly "friendly" voices. With time you will see for yourselves these employees are THIEVES. Units are so run down and tiny and claim to be "resort style living" but trust me, they are not worth the headache.

Great community , just moved from there with my spouse due to Military, but my time there was STELLAR . Great environment with friendly neighbors, pet friendly , nice floor plans and living space, 24/7 gym access and great Staff. Mrs.Hannah was amazing my whole time there, very dependable, friendly and made us feel right at home . Rep of the year. If i come back to El Paso Las Mansiones will be my choice of stay again.

Ive been living here for a little less than a year. Im not sure why there are negative reviews about the staff, I think the staff are very friendly, I do think they may be short staffed, but not unfriendly at all. I believe its a very nice, affordable apartment complex. My only complaint is that the residents don't respect the property. I am a pet owner, and I find it absolutely ridiculous that people do not clean up after their animals. Other than that, its a nice quite place.

this place it's completely trash ... staff is rude they come into your apartment with without asking you .. they don't fix your stuff right away I didnt have my dishwasher for 3 months I had a leak that they didn't fix and damage the wood my washer wasn't working the wood in the bathroom was peel off and the other staff quit on them at the same time do to how they run things and how they treat people that live here .. just complete mess PLEASE GUYS DONT LIVE HERE THIS PLACE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WORSE APARTMENTS EVER ..

Do Not Rent Here!!! They treat their tenants like trash, they do not work with the Military! You pay an outragous amount for rent to live in a gated community and the gates are broken at least once a week, which means they are left open for 24 hours for days on end!!!!! (We have been here for 6 months and they have been broken off and on the entire time we have lived here) The pool is not heated, they do not punish pet owners who do not pick up after their dogs in the common areas of the complex. The multiple dog parks are bigger then the playground. The main office always smells like a mix of chinese food and body odor. The staff is sooooo unfriendly and speak to you like you are worthless! They do not go over your contract when you rent, and you do not get copies of the important documents. The manager of the office, Grace, does not smile at tenants, walks with her nose in the air, and will not speak to you if you request a meeting with her. She spoke so rudely to me when she did see us, telling me that I was a "know it all" and to find out things for myself, mumbling under her breath as she walked away from me. One of the front office workers, Robert, told me that they do not "babysitt" their tentants and its our responsiblity to know THEIR policies. That might be possible IF we would have been given copies of the documents we signed when we moved in. They raised the price of rent and are gouging the rental market due to the influx of Soldiers coming into Ft. Bliss. They require you to use their cable/internet provider and make you pay them 20.00 ON TOP of your bill with the cable company. The water/trash bill is late every month! I got my bill on the 11th of this month and the due date is for the 1st of this month. If you do not pay it within a day, they leave rude reminders taped to your door telling you to pay immediately. The workers in the office trash talk other workers in front of tentants. They do personal phone calls and entertain their friends while on duty. Do yourself a favor, do not rent here!! Try the bungalows!! They will screw you every way possible!!

Do not even think about renting here! This place looks nice in pictures, but in reality, no amount of fancy features can make up for the terrible service you receive from the management staff and office staff. They need to rethink who they hire to work in their office, as they have no people skills and are very unprofessional. All military should stear clear! This is not the place for you. They will rob you of every dollar that you have and don't even offer you a discount for serving this country. This institution is a disgrace. I've never dealt with a complex that had such horrible service. Keep looking! This is not the place for any decent person.

One of the best apartments in El Paso. Their staff is usually very friendly and helpful and the people living here are calm and quiet. Never heard any noise from the neighbours! They have very nice landscaping and the pool area definitely gives you a hotel feeling. Lots of big palm trees and plants around the pool area, very different to the pool areas of other apartment complexes in El Paso. It is poorly constructed though, seems like it was built in no time. We are the first ones to live in our apartment and there's already a lot of damage though we are very careful. In a few years they will need to renovate otherwise the apartments won't look good anymore..

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!! Staff is unfriendly. Cost way to much for shotty apartments, gates are always broken, dust everywhere from construction, poorly built, cracks in walls from settling, paper thin walls, pool is filled with a garden hose, female staff flirts with several married male tenants, office smells of rotten chinese food and B.O. This place is a mess. They treat their military tenants like trash!! Over charge for water/trash. Leave "notices" on your doors for everyone to see. Charge you for covered parking when there is NOT enough uncovered parking for everyone. Valerie is snotty and always appears to not have time for tenants concerns. They sneak in hidden fees and do not go over your application when you sign it (hurry you through the signing process). Gate fobs dont work when the gates finally do. Overall, you are spending way to much for tiny apartments and crappy grounds keepers and staff. Save your money and go elsewhere. BBB gave this business an F rating, that should tell you something.
