RUN, DON'T WALK! This place is a disaster. I was one of the first tenants to move into this place well over a year ago and it has been like watching a slow-moving train wreck. Let me explain:Management are nasty, unpleasant, disagreeable and unprofessional. They are rude, don't answer the phone, don't reply to emails, and when dealing with them in person they are passive aggressive and dismissive. When the tenant has an issue or concern they are blown off. When the management has an issue they send nasty threatening emails and place threatening notices on your door.Employees are creepy and unprofessional. There is a fat maintenance man with gold teeth that leers creepily at my young daughters when they are at the pool. He lurks around the complex spying on the tenants and if he thinks he can get away with it he will get in peoples faces and ask them rude questions. He also locks the pool randomly with no notice. I have watched this same guy show up with his whole family in multiple cars and have BBQ's at the pool, but if a resident did that they would get a nasty email from management saying you violated your lease.Facility looks nice from a distance, but upon a ten second closer look you will quickly see it is a facade. The cabinets, flooring, and appliances are very cheap low quality. The workmanship is very poor. For example, I once opened the door of my coat closet, and all three hinges popped out of the door frame and the door hit me on the head. The dishwasher won't run properly because the door doesn't latch properly. When I moved in there were paint chips in the carpet. Also, the walls are paper thin and you will hear everything your neighbors are doing. They pool looks nice, but it is often locked, and they do not heat up the hot tub unless you put in a request four hours in advance (good luck since they ignore emails). I have not found the hot tub to be heated one single time after living here for more than a year. Also, the pool is not clean and I will be reported them to the health department.Bottom line, if you like paying big money to be treated with disrespect and creeped on while living in a cheap piece of junk apartment this is the place for you. I would rate this place a zero if I could.
