Las Lomas Apartments

If I could I would give these apartments zero stars because the crap I went through is absolutely ridiculous!!! First, there were all kinds of problems like lifting floor tile, peeling ceiling as well as water bubbles, a broken air conditioner (more than once), termites in the wall, and don't even get me started on the water issues! It seems like they turned off the water every other week! In addition, the water was ALWAYS either TOO HOT, TOO COLD, or had LOW PRESSURE!!! And THAT was due to the fact that the stupid water pump never worked correctly. Every time we told the office/put in a maintenance request, they took FOREVER to fix anything!!! It was absolutely ridiculous!!!!! I'd be lucky if they even fixed anything at all which didn't matter because it would just break again anyway!! On top of that it was very infuriating because the maintenance only fix what THEY want to fix/whatever's easiest for THEM and they'll go and TELL YOU that they'll fix it and then NEVER DO!!! And they were all over the place fixing up apartments to attract FUTURE residents rather than focusing on their CURRENT residents!!! They could care less about you!! Not to mention the fact that the pool was always dirty too! The old water had been in there for MONTHS!!! In addition, the office will do nothing to help you with anything like robberies or lost pets but they will certainly try to scam you of your money with threats of eviction. That make's absolutely no sense because it seemed like they never even used all the money they collect for anything useful like new washer's & dryer's!! (Preferably ones that don't smoke up!) Or at least an air conditioner for the laundry mat! The heat in the laundry mat was unbearable and the fellow residents always left an unbelievable mess in there. One time, on a very hot, HOT summer day, I went to wash and found DOG CRAP next to one of the washer's!!!!! You can imagine the smell...AND the texture already looked hardened like it had already BEEN THERE FOR DAYS!!All of that is thanks to the crappy management that is constantly changing from person to person. They can't even get their crap together and keep things organized! They're constantly losing your forms and papers and using it to scam you!!! And because none of that is enough, their office is never even open/unlocked!!! Every time you go the door is always locked (NO NOTICE OR NOTHING) and you have to wait until they finally FEEL like letting people in. AND they're always so hard to get ahold of through the phone which is why you have to go down to their office anyway!!! Finally, there were several wasps in the area some even having made their way INTO my apartment as well as little ants. Obviously there's nothing the office can do about that except call pest control who still can't do anything about that except spray but nonetheless, I don't recommend anyone move here!! In conclusion, it SUCKS!!!!! All the office ever does is sweet talk you and say they'll fix crap and never actually do.

it's a good place to live but the laundromat could me cheeper like the washer could be 1.25$ and dryer there should be .75 cents u know but other than that. it's ok but the pool need to be open its been closed forevere and the heat here is hott like I said could be better they need to improve the ac unit and improve more parking thank u

If you're military, DO NOT LIVE HERE. I am so so so sick and tired of not being able to take a hot shower when I want to. This place has been the worst since new management took over in April. They tried to evict us over money we didn't owe, management didn't take us seriously when we told them our apartment was flooding (which I have pictures to prove) and the hot water consistently goes out during the weekends. I'm frustrated and tired of living here. So ready for my lease to be up this month. A lot people in the reviews are saying they're not getting their deposit back like they were promised. I can't wait to deal with that too..yay (That is sewage water on my floor and in my sinks. The ladies in the office didn't care when we told them about the flooding and they didn't send anyone out to fix until it flooded into our living room. I had to miss work to disinfect my whole apartment and throw out my rug. No reimbursement, just a simple "sorry") Worst apartments ever.

We were shown an apartment that was absolutely filthy... The floor was greasy and dirty, The bedroom carpets felt greasy under our feet as well, Multiple broken blinds, The back door didn't open, The kitchen was atrocious countertops pulling away from the walls grease on the walls and cockroaches dead and alive... While in the office there were several tenants with what appeared to be repeat. Requests and complaints just based on what we were hearing... I can't believe anyone would have shown an apartment in that condition, Insane... Don't let the price or the move in special fool you...

Las Lomas is the worst apt to live in! They have bed bugs and they will not tell about the things that are wrong.From the sink in the kitchen to the tub. Heat don't work neither does the cooling . The staff are not very good people. If you want a place to call home don't come here.

This company is the worst i have been here for 3 months and none of my maintenance request have been completed. The company has so many apartments they can't handle any of the repairs plus your water temp is completely off some days it's super hot and other days you'll have no hot water at all. DON'T DO IT!

el peor lugar para vivir eviten estos apartamentos, son caros y tienes muchos problemas no tienen gente profesional para arreglar las cosas más de 6 meses sin agua caliente hasta 4 días sin agua problemas de liqueos el PEOR LUGAR

We lived here for years and they got new management 6 months ago and it's been horrible since nothing gets fixed, we've had a hole in our roof for months due to water damage and they never came back to fix it just left it as is. They replaced a dishwasher with one that never turned on and never came back to replace it, fridge has been leaking god knows what for weeks now and haven't replaced it. The ac has been gone for almost a month now and hasn't been fixed or given any solutions . The blonde manager is very vindictive do not move in

I have lived here for three years. At first, I loved them. Yes, nothing gets fixed but I'm pretty handy. Lately though, the new management have sucked big time. No respect is shown, they don't fix anything. It's been two months for my sink and a year for my dishwasher. When you bring up to them that things need work, they try to shut you down and raise rent. Don't believe me? Check out all of the other reviews I WISH I read before coming here. Needless to say, I'm moving out.
