Clean place, courteous staff. This office uses a calling service on the weekends and before 3pm during the week. You can also establish a primary care doctor here. My go-to for urgent care in Cruces.

Awful experience in all my years going there. An older women named Monica who is a Nurse Practitioner there was condescending and rude. I have been going there for years for my seasonal allergies to get injections and inhalers. She refused to get me inhaler even though it shows in my history I've been going there for some time for those but due to me not being asthmatic right then and there she denied one but clarified that my allergies are bad??? Like I'm sorry let me get an asthma attack on que to convince you I have breathing issues and come in during a day I'm off work too. Additionally she said since I didn't establish a doctor with them she can't do a refill even though every other time I've gone the other practitioners assist me to the best of their abilities and get my refills at the Walgreens?! She began asking me what I've been doing since I haven't came in all of 2020 to get refills, first of all WHY would I risk myself and come in knowing I have asthma to a facility where people who fall ill with COVID to get tested especially since I've been okay still with my previous inhalers and occasionally using my backups? In other words were are in a PANDEMIC! I felt it was handle extremely poorly and will definitely NOT establish care with them knowing they want staff like that to represent them. Don't recommend it, the ratings are there for a reason.

Went to this one because it was closest to my work, and booked an appointment for 3pm that afternoon. Arrived at about 2:20 to fill out paperwork and it was packed with people, very noisy. I ended up waiting until 4pm to get called back despite having booked an appointment beforehand (and even a couple people who came in after me got called back first). When I finally saw the nurse practitioner after some more waiting, she barely spent any time examining me before she sent me off with a prescription for a topical cream and told me to "bleach and clean everything you have" (I came in for a skin infection) for six weeks. When I pick up the RX I notice that it only has TWO refills on it and each tube is TINY (one week supply that lasts me only 5 days at most because of how much I have to treat twice daily), and trying to get more refills to last the whole six weeks is like pulling teeth. I called yesterday to ask for more, "we don't take calls on weekends"; I called earlier today, "we don't take calls before 3pm, you need to leave a message." Utterly maddening. The only reason this isn't one star or less is because the nurse who took me back to get my vitals asked when my appointment was and was visibly annoyed that I had to wait that long (at least someone recognized that that shouldn't happen!). Please do yourself a favor and find a different urgent care center at ALL costs. I've never been more annoyed.
