Did round trip with Las Cruces Shuttle. They we're on time, door step pick up and drop off. Our flight arrived early and they allowed us to board so we didn't have to wait another 1 1/2 hr in the airport. They also do personal package deliveries. I highly recommend them because taxi & Uber would have been more expensive.

Giving it 3 stars because they do arrive on time, were helpful with rescheduling when my flights were delayed, and were friendly initially (before the event below) and the lady I rode in the shuttle with insisted that she loves them. But considering the events below, I will likely not be using this service again. I prepaid for a one way shuttle. When the driver got there he said that I had not paid. So I talked with the dispatcher, who was super rude about the fact that he could not find my payment. I could not get a ride home until I paid a second time. I talked with the manager 2 days later when he was in. He found my 1st payment easily, but not the 2nd (repayment). He said he'd reimburse the second payment "if" he found the proof of it. I told him I had a receipt, but he didn't ask for it, and did not seem to interested in the proof I could offer, like my credit card statement showing the all of the charges. He just didn't seem concerned at all that they had double charged me. Yes, mistakes happen, but this company was rude about it and unapologetic, even at the management level. I'll save my money for long-term parking at the airport. That would have been much less trouble. I'm sorry to those who that is not an option for.

We just recently used Las Cruces Shuttle for my 18 year old daughter that was flying in to visit New Mexico State University. The shuttle driver was prompt and friendly. The shuttle was clean. I was trying to call my daughter to see if she was picked up and her phone had gone dead. I called and they told me they had her and how long it would be until they arrived at the Ramada in Las Cruces. I highly recommend this shuttle not only for the great service but a really great value. We will be using them again. Thank you.

Wow first to review! whoo hoo. I used this shuttle service over this past weekend when visiting family. I thought it was very reasonably priced. $43 to Hotel form El Paso Airport. The only thing is we waited for 40 min before leaving b/c they shuttle guy was waiting form someone else. He was nice guy and gave me shortcut directions to bypass traffic from airport to Las Cruces for future reference. I will use this service again!!

Mrs. Marita Suave PH.D. from Denmark rode in the Las Cruces Shuttle van from El Paso Air Port on December 16 2014. She had a SEVERE allergic reaction to some chemical (possible upholstery cleaner) that was in the van. When she arrived at Inn of the Arts, in Las Cruces. 911 was called because her tongue had swollen, and she had blotches of red welts where her skin had touched the seat. The manager, Ernest Harp, absolutely refused to refund her shuttle fare. We had to fine new transportation to return her to the airport on December 20th. He hung up the phone when we asked to have the matter resolved. The policy of the owners, JNE MOBIL corporation is not to give refunds, under any circumstances. If you have had a similar incident with Las Cruces Shuttle (owned by JNE MOBIL), please contact Dr. David Boje at 575-532-1693. We would like to file a small claims action for the cost of the ambulance service, the medication, and the pain and suffering that occurred. We recommend that you not use this serviceThank you.

I wanted to thank Las Cruces Shuttle Service from the bottom of my heart. Last week on Wednesday, February 27th my dad passed away and your team did everything in their powers to help get me to the La Posada Hospice in Las Cruces, NM. I had scheduled a private car service pick up at the El Paso Airport, flying in from Phoenix, AZ on Wednesday, February 27th but on Tuesday, February 26th at 6:50pm we got the call from hospice that my dad was ready to go (we had been told he had a week and that shortly changed to less than two days). I called your private car dispatch and no private car was scheduled for the evening. Your dispatch prior to me changing my flight she called around to see if she could find a driver and she did! American Airlines had a last flight out at 10:58pm and they changed my flight.Low and behold, at the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport the flight was an hour late! With that being said the driver still waited for me at the El Paso airport and got me to Las Cruces, NM La Posada Hospice and 1:45am. Because of your team at Las Cruces Shuttle Service, I was able to be with dad and hold his hands until he passed 5 hours later. The entire journey was such a fog and I didn't write down any names but thank you to everyone that helped get me to hospice in time! I will forever remember what you did for me. I could have driven to Las Cruces from Phoenix but I was very emotional and grieve stricken that I wouldn't have trusted my driving. Again, thank you so much.

The driver was not wearing a mask and then bragged later about not receiving the covid vaccine. If I had known that was going to be the case I wouldn't have used this service. On this business' website it states that masks are mandatory. That was clearly not the case.

Long story short. I spoke to a guy yesterday who was helpful and booked a shuttle from ELP to LASC. Called today to inform them that the flight will be delayed via voice mail. Guy called back. The call was lost, I called back 5 minutes later thinking he would call me back, and he was irate. Said, "now you want to call me back after you hung up on me!? Call back again!" *click* and for the next 15 calls in a row he sent me straight to voice mail. On the last call I left a calm voicemail (what use is it to yell at someone who is acting like a toddler?) I no longer needed his service and said, after briefly explain the situation, "I hope you have a great day sir and I hope you burn in hell." Should I have said that? No, but really. You are a business and you act like this? Stomping around like a infant and willfully neglecting calls and accusing them of falsehoods is not a way to gain or maintain business. Right after that I called my bank, USAA, and reported the company as fraud. The bank has canceled my card because of the report, but it is a small price to pay for disputing this doltish browbeat.Look. I am sure they have their ups but this childish temper tantrum the guy on the phone had with me has assured that this place, no matter how hard they try, will always be just that - a waste of your time.

Was told pickup was at 8 o clock. Driver is 15 minutes late. He then tells me he need to pick up blood at Sun Land Park. This added 25 minutes to trip. Driver then has to stop and let another customer use an atm. I called shuttle service he said that he could not help with the delays. Tells me to call adminsration in the morning. Next time I will seek alternative transportation. Don't waste your time with this company.

Excellent experience! Last week, I scheduled to have a car pick up my elderly parents in Las Cruces and transport them to El Paso. The driver called them the night before their departure to introduce herself and confirm the pick up time. The next morning she arrived as scheduled in her comfortable Lincoln Towncar. When she arrived in El Paso, she helped them get their bags to the Sky Cab. She was professional and friendly, and it was a comfort to me to know she had taken such good care of my parents.
