Tech shows up an hour early then says everything on our water heater is connected wrong including the gas line and that he would have to bring it up to code. Then says he would need to talk to his boss and leaves. Never calls back or shows back up. Mind you all I called for was to add a water supply line to our new refrigerator! Pretty straight forward our water heater is located in the kitchen next to the fridge and is very easily accessible to work on. Wtf is wrong with people?!? SOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL! I would be fine with bringing up to code and actually anticipated that. The issue with your service was the lack of professionalism and no response after we were told he would get back to us. No one likes to be left hanging especially when you're told there is an issue with how the gas line on your water heater was connected.

Jeff,I appreciate the formal quote. However, I did not appreciate the blatant disrespect you displayed on the phone. Yes, I should have obtained a formal quote from Brittany when I spoke with her, that was my mistake. The only thing I was asking from your team was if you'd be willing to work with me on the price (because I worked my quote to the client based on Brittany's quote). If you are not able to lower your price, that is completely understandable - we all have to make money, and you're not running a charity. But there is a proper way to communicate with someone. It's unfortunate that you felt the need to expel your day's frustrations on a potential customer. I was nothing but kind and respectful when speaking with you and Natalia - I never demanded anything from you or your company - you assumed I did - I simply asked if it was possible to work with me. You mentioned you record all calls, please take the time to review today's conversation.I remember having a very pleasant and smooth transaction the last time I worked with your company, which is why I reached out last week.I really hope your day gets better. Please, for the sake of your business, do not speak or treat your customers the way you've done to me.

They aren't open or reachable on weekends. At all. They inspected changed some things then said to call if there were issues. There were.

How refreshing! I called Las Cruces Plumbing and Gas to fix my gas line in my food truck as well as a burst pipe. What nice guys Isaiah and Justin. They came, fixed both, were on time, kind, friendly and got the job done. My grill is working!!! Water is flowing in the house. Thank you guys. I will definitely call them again.

Truly Outstanding. I discovered a leak at about 9:30 AM and called for help. They were able to get Jesse and his helper out here in about a half an hour. It only took an hour and a half to determine cause, repair, and clean up afterwards. Extremely professional, explained everything as they went and just a truly top notch job. I have called them for a similar problem last March, but my review is missing. They did an outstanding job then as well, which is why I knew who to call. My entire experience with this company was excellent. I called to schedule a non-emergency replacement of a shutoff valve under my kitchen sink. It leaked in the "off" position. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. The service person, James, who is the service manager, came out as scheduled and discussed options. He was very informative and efficient. The cost was below a quote I received from a competitor, and I was given a 10% discount for being a first responder (search and rescue volunteer). I will use this company for any future plumbing needs.

I was able to talk to a phone operater in the morning and she was able to send out someone the same morning, despite the fact that it was not an urgent repair. My technician, Shayne was neat, courteous and efficient. He was able to replace my broken toilet with the exact model we wanted, again, in the same day. Prices were fair. I couldn't ask for a better job!

James was sent out to help me with kitchen draining issue. He was courteous and professional. I later ran the dishwasher, and discovered that that caused an issue as well. They came back out did not charge me for their time and fix the problem.

Happy to recommend them. They arrived on time, made the repair and even went above and beyond by changing my air filter.

I woke up to a flooded backyard and realized one of our water pipes for a water spigot had burst. I called these folks and they had someone at my door in less than an hour. And he had his mask on which I greatly appreciated. I also like the texts that showed me a photo of the technician and allowed me to track his arrival. Jesse was great and he had his mask on. He immediately told us what the problem was and gave us an estimated time to repair. It really took little time and he graciously agreed to just follow our instructions and cap that pipe & eliminate the spigot to avoid future problems. I highly recommend this business.
