The wait times are ridiculous and offensive. Even for a 5 min follow up appointment with the nurse Susann you will wait for more than an hour, even if you're the first or second patient of the day. Susann does not care if you wait, in pain. She just takes her time. If you have a procedure, you will be there for 3-4 hours. That's not an exaggeration. Dr Colman has helped me with my pain but the wait times are truly unacceptable. I wish I could find someone else I could go to in Las Cruces but the options are limited.

I've only been here twice with my 90 year old dad. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff is very nice and the dr seems knowledge. But it's unacceptable that we had to wait over 2 hours each time. They say you will have to wait 2-3 hours but that does NOT make it ok. I asked to speak with a manager about the wait time and she said they couldn't predict how long procedures works take (really??? Did they just start doing this?) and other pain clinics in the area also took that long. Other offices around the world can figure out how about how long their procedures will take and book accordingly, why can't they? I honestly don't mind waiting 30 minutes or so but over an hour is not ok. Completely disrespectful.

Superior service. Real Pain Management, Less pain than I have felt for 30 years. tried another place but found out it was a "wanna be" nurse that feels he does not have to work anymore (NOT KIDDING)... just do teleconference crap he blames it on covid and refuses to see patients. Insurance will not pay for the nurse and he wants you too pay even if you have him telling you not worry my staff has this fixed (they do not),

I can not recommend Las Cruces Pain Center. They always overbook and are always an hour or so behind. Today I waited in the lobby for an hour and a half, then waited in the treatment room for another hour before I had to leave for another appointment. In that time I never got my treatment.

Quite honestly, this is the worst run medical practice I ever seen. You make an appointment, but they do not tell you that when you check in (and after they take your co-pay) you see a sign that says "prepare to wait up to two hours for your appointment". What? Well, I waited 1.5 hours and nothing. I had another appointment and had to leave. If they know they are always going to run 2 hours late, why not change the way they schedule patients??? Oh, and BTW, they do not tell you this nonsense on the phone when you make your appointment.

Treats disabled people like they are drug addicts. No disabled accommodations. Makes you wait hours with no seating or room to sit. Lobby was very disgusting and manager is disrespectful to clients.

a year ago I was referred to New Mexico Pain Center in Alamogordo NM. MY APPOINTMENT WAS FOR 9 am. i arrived and there were over 30 people standing inline or just checked in for the 9 am appointment. There were not even enough chairs for help of the on crutches, walkers etc. fast forward to now. My doctor referred me to New Mexico pain center in las cruces for Dr Vasquez. I made an appointment. Gave them some info went online to fill out patient forms. Two weeks later I get a call telling me to pick up 17 pages of patient forms. I told them it was a 90 miles drive. She said ok. No they can't mail or email them and they are not online. We drove down early to fill out forms. I was made to sit and wait to get new patient forms. Finally she came out asked me a lot of questions stared at the screw for over ten minutes and finally gathered forms and gave them to me. I went somewhere else to fill them out returned in time for the appointment. She finally called me up stared at the screen again for ten minutes and finally said do you have an appointment here. Why didn't she ask me that an hour ago when she stared at the screen. Then she says your appointment is in Alamogordo. Not at anytime did these people say my appointment was Alamogordo to see some female doctor where I could again be treated like cows lined up for slaughter. I got my forms back snd told her to remove ne from everything in that company. Not even a modicum of respect care or concern. I will drive back to Tulsa where I can get PRP injections in my knees and be treated like a person.

I cannot believe this place!!!! Cancer patient in a lot of pain. I would only recommend this place if there's a zombie apocalypse and no other place to die at. I'm giving it one star out of lack of negative stars to give. Stay away from this place!

I'm giving this place a 3 star but I would give Nurse Susann a 5. Susann is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and kind. She cares about my wellbeing, listens well, and offers solid advice and guidance. She is often super busy because everyone prefers to see her versus the other nurse, Marcellina, who is terrible. I really wish they would hire another Susann to replace Marcellina. I guarantee that patients would be happier and the clinic would be more profitable if they did that. This clinic also has wonderful medical assistants - always professional and nice.

I have to agree with all the negative reviews here. Don't go here. The office staff and medical assistants are decent but Dr. Coleman and his nurse Marcellina are terrible. Coleman is arrogant and does not care about patient comfort. You're just a piece of meat on his table. His procedures are unnecessarily painful and he DOESN'T CARE. His nurse is hard to understand and lacks any compassion. She's a cold uncaring person who should not be in this profession. She doesn't even take notes even when you ask her to. They only care about making money. And yes, the wait times are crazy. I stopped going here after two appointments. They did not help me with my chronic pain at all.
