Las Cruces Moving and Storage

I would highly recommend las cruces moving and storage. They were amazing and made my move less stressful. The two men that helped me were very helpful and put all my furniture together for me.

We had the pleasure of working with the owner and workers of Las Cruces Moving and Storage on our last move here in town. Mr. Doss had two of his workers and the perfect sized moving truck to come and move my family across town. The men were very friendly, hard workers that were able to package up loose items for us, as well as move our heavy furniture, and load them into the truck. To move a 1700 sq ft house it took a couple of hours. They delivered everything and moved our furniture into desired rooms as requested. If they were unsure, they asked where I wanted them placed. We had such a great experience! I'd highly recommend choosing them in your endeavor for a moving company. My husband and I, along with some friends, moved ourselves the first time and we vowed we would never do it again. This was the perfect solution. Even the front office staff who took our form of payment upon completion was friendly and courteous! I'd highly recommend!

This is a follow-on review of Las Cruces Moving and Storage. In my first review I described the outstanding job they did getting two large steel mezzanine kits out to my barn. I had planned on rounding up friends and neighbors to help assemble the mezzanines. But after studying the assembly instructions, LCM&S made an offer to do it.My desire was that the new mezzanines would fill out the second floor of the barn, in a space left open to accommodate a RV. The new mezzanines are fully adjustable so LCM&S had to figure out width, length and height to best fill the space. An enormous number of nuts and bolts were required. Metal in the barn had to be reformed. Wood decking had to be cut to fit. Whatever was required, LCM&S had the knowledge and tools to meet the task.In just three days, two tons of mezzanines kits were completely assembled and integrated into the barn. I could not be happier with the results.

A friend was staying with me and things in a storage locker to an apt. she'd rented. The guys met us there, unloaded the locker and unloadedit into the apt - and opened each box so she could be sure each box went. They were also helpful in getting a few things set up for her and unerringly polite. We felt really happy about their service when they left.

Couldn't have been better, and we've moved 17 times.Very efficient, we have a lot of 'stuff', all was moved and set up in new residence before 5 pm of same day.The 4 men were all workers, they got after it, no slackers in this group, plus, they were all very nice, personable and polite.Cost was very reasonable, especially for all that was done.We're moving again in 8-9 months, Las Cruces Moving and Storage is the first call we'll make.

Beware of Las Cruces Moving and Storage.This company was great as long as we were paying them money! And we paid them more than $7,000.00 for two moves and storage. Not so much after we moved and had issues. The initial move went smoothly and we thought the guys who moved us were great guys, tipping them well, until we later found out about missing items. We initially moved for a local move, but, subsequently, had to place our personal items in their storage for a year and were assured our things would be safe. Every time they called for money we would call them right back. After our move to another state, when we found out about many carelessly broken items (whole boxes full that could only have happened from being dropped) as well as two missing large screen t.v.s, a 60" and a 42", Las Cruces Moving and Storage were suddenly "too busy" to return our calls, and eventually denied that we even had the t.v.s despite the fact that we had both owners' manuals and evidence of purchase. Evidently, they're self-insured as they denied paying us even a dime for our claim. We would never use them again nor recommend them. Beware!
