My motorcycle was stolen while it was here! Warning, long post. I brought my 2022 Kawasaki to Las Cruces Motorsports for a warranty repair of a minor oil leak. I had called their service department in advance to see if I needed to schedule an appointment but they told me that would not be necessary. My motorcycle only had 2400 miles on it and was in perfect condition so when I left it with them for repair, I asked that they please take good care of it; they assured me that they would. As you will discover if you read my entire post this was the first of three promises that they made to me which they failed to fulfill. A few days after I had dropped it off there, I received a call from them. They wanted to let me know that when they went out to their lot to bring my bike inside for repair, they could not find it. They said that they then called the police to report it missing and upon providing the police with the vehicle identification number (VIN) the police department had already logged a suspicious activity report with the same VIN. The motorcycle was retrieved and returned to the dealership. The bike was severely damaged. The dealer denied any negligence and refused to file a claim with their insurance company. I asked if the service department could remove the accessories from my old bike as I planned to install them on my replacement machine. They agreed and stated that I could come back and pick them up that afternoon. When I returned that afternoon, they had not done it yet (strike two). This was on a Saturday and they told me that they would have them ready for me to pick up on Tuesday afternoon. When I arrived on Tuesday afternoon the parts still were not ready as promised (strike three). In the end I am absorbing a loss of several thousand dollars to replace my machine. I recommend that if you choose to do business with these people that you do so with extreme caution because, at least in my case, they do not do what they say that they will do. If I could give them zero stars I would but suffice it to say that I will never go back.

I'm stunned by the low ratings here! I decided I was going to switch from motorcycles to ATVs because I want to be able to ride anywhere including deep, sand desert, and not worry about dumping a bike. I traded in my sweet Honda 700 and bought a Honda talon. From Leo my sales guy to Gabe in financing and Joshua Kenedy, in the parts dept., these guys and this dealership have been terrific. I did have to wait a while to get my street legal kit on, so they upgraded my rear view mirror and gave me a fancy one with a dome light because of the wait time. Thanks, Josh!I went to the Can-Am dealership in Cruces first, and got an extremely high pressure, short sales presentation there. When I said, I also wanted to look at Honda and Yamaha models, the guy literally walked away from me. That sure didn't happen at Las Cruces Motorsports. Heartily recommend this business!

I called to get some work done on my bike. If your bike is over 10 years old they won't even consider servicing it. They must have a pretty inexperienced staff of "mechanics ". There are higher quality options in Las Cruces.

I stopped in this place to start some market research for a future ATV / UTV purchase. It has been awhile since I have shopped for an all terrain vehicle as such I wanted to take my time and not experience the typical high pressure sales. While I was comparing models and pricing, the salesman (Leo) let me know if I have any questions to let him know. No pressure! Awesome! Once I had prepared my 50 questions...I signaled Leo and he came ready. We examined the models as they compare to my specific requirements. He was patient and extremely informative. This location has a variety of models and manufactures. They seem receptive to negotiate. I would definitely consider a purchase from them.

I purchased a Can-Am Maverick X3 MAX from LCMS. What a great experience!! Not only was the price right (I traveled from Arizona by the way). Also the staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. When I arrived the vehicle was ready. They were expecting me and the paperwork was ready to sign. I ended up purchasing some accessories and they installed them right away even though I didn't have a prior appointment. They got me in and out and on my way back to Arizona. I will definitely do business with them again and I've already sent another Arizonian to them. Don't hesitate to get your toys from any of the Motorsports of NM dealerships.

Recently had a TERRIBLE experince. I dropped my CBR300R off to have the clutch discs replaced. I dropped the bike off on the 16th of January. They accidentally order the wrong gasket for my bike and as result I did not get it back until the 2nd. I finally pick up my bike and notice today (the next day) that the bike is leaking oil. I paid them almost $300 and waited almost 3 weeks for a broken bike!! Save your time and money and find another mechanic!

This is an unserious shop of clowns. If you want to buy a motorcycle go to Albuquerque or El Paso. I enquired about getting a KTM 390 Adventure from them. I had the cash and was a very serious buyer. They completely blew me off. I am certain they don't want to sell motorcycles. But, what they DO want to sell is phony expertise and high interest loans.

Husband called on Thursday 2/4/21 and spoke to Toni told her we were interested in SSR 189 or SSR 150 and want to keep business in NM not take to AZ. Toni informed him they had every color in both 150 and 189 in stock. We drove from Silver City for our appointment 2/6/21 and get there to be told they didn't have either of the bikes in stock only the 50, 70, and 110 all of which are too small for our son. Then the manager told my husband well let me check the computer and we walked around and all the other bikes were too big for our son after waiting upwards of 15 minutes my husband finally walked to the managers desk and asked if they figured it out yet only to be told no we don't have any in stock and can we interest you on a YZ125 to which my husband said no we already have one for our older son and wanted an SSR 189. He told them how unprofessional this was and that they need to take better inventory because they wasted our time. We should have just taken our business to Arizona. But being small business owners ourselves we wanted to keep business in New Mexico. Don't waste your time coming here terrible management. My son was so disappointed. Also the main manager called my husband after reading his review on google but so far he hasn't done anything to change our minds about updating the review

The service people there are shady and if you question their work they will mess with your rig. Had that experience here twice. Also when they give you a price when they are, done it is usually a lot more. Take your rig to el paso. They suck.....
