Felt ripped off and very disappointed. Spend almost $150 for a mediocre arrangement and the large $30 dollar stuffed animal was only 6" tall. I placed a dollar to give a size reference. Would never use this florist again. Took a chance after reading some of the other reviews.

Disappointed: I talked on Saturday with the owner (husband) at the downtown store about getting a desktop arrangement of succulents delivered for a birthday. He sent me to the Bonita Plaza store for a better selection, and talked about various plants and containers available there, said that store would be open til noon. Got there Saturday at 11:25 - closed. Came by at 10am on Monday, the other owner (wife), breakfast in mouth, told me all she had was one arrangement of succulents - which was way too big for the office desk arrangement I had in mind, probably designed for a patio. I asked if she could put something together for a person's office/desk,/cubicle, to deliver for a birthday. "No, this is all I have." So, having wasted 3 attempts to work with this local company, I'll start my search over.

Great florist. I've always used this location. I don't think the current owner has been the same one for the entire time I lived near here, but my dealings with him have been pleasurable. Really nice and accommodating. I had no idea that yellow roses die faster than red or even pink! I've been buying them for my Mom for years and never heard this. If you need someone knowledgeable and friendly then look no further. The prices are pretty standard but you walk out feeling like you got a deal because you are so well taken care of!

I went in there on a Tuesday afternoon, in a hurry and not exactly sure what I wanted. The woman who was working took my vague idea and quickly executed exactly what I needed. I was in and out in a matter of minutes, and greatly appreciated her ability to provide superb service.

My husband surprised my with a bouquet of roses that were mixed with some other gorgeous winter flowers & delivered to me while he was at work. Not only was the bouquet wrapped beautifully it lasted a good 2 weeks. He got some extra hubby points for this one!

My husband had ordered a beautiful arrangement from Telaflora, that was sent to LC Florist to be created. When I received the flower arrangement, I noticed it was extremely small, had some dead flowers in it, fermented water and bruised flowers. Being grateful for the gift anyway, I thanked my husband when he walked in the door. He saw what was delivered to me and became very angry. This arrangement had a total of 5 stems in it, with some fern added to it. He told me that he had paid $60 for a large arrangement of flowers. He showed me what was ordered and it was a $7 arrangement, at best. I did some investigating and called the owner of the floral shop, instead of taking it to social media, and told him what had happened. He said I was being insulting. He told me to bring it in so he could see it, after telling me my husband only paid $32 for the arrangement. After giving them a chance to make it right, I was handed the same dead flowers, in the same fermented water, only now they had put some more flowers in the vase. I asked the girl who handed me the flowers why i wasn't given the arrangement that my husband ordered for me? She told me that just because he ordered a specific arrangement, doesn't mean that is what I am going to get. I asked her, "so basically, you all receive an order online for a specific flower arrangement and you do what ever you want anyway?" She said, "yes, pretty much." I was also told that if she had done that flower arrangement, then I would've ended up with all of the lilies she had, in my arrangement. The quality is terrible. Not a place I recommend. Walmart has better arrangements, in my opinion.

My sister sent flowers, which according to the card arrived on Monday. On Tuesday, I found them sitting outside after a night of freezing cold. Needless to say, they lasted two days. I was never gone on Monday or Tuesday. Never heard the doorbell ring. Told my sister, everything was fine, but I would never buy anything from this place.

I simply CANNOT overstate the amazing floral designs Humberto created for our Annual Stockholders Meeting! These pieces were high design unfound in Las Cruces! Our company will use Las Cruces Florist over and over again in the future! If you want high-end thoughtful design unlike anything else in town, Humberto is definitely your guys.
