They presented us with a great presentation when we were looking for service. Great photographs on presentation only. The day of the event they showed up late. The photos printed from photo booth service were scratched by printer. Wife that accompanies photographer to event was rude to a few people. We recived about 30 photos. Quality was bad and they look like they were taken by a disposable camera, all for the price of 800 dollars. It took a full 7 months for them to finally deliver the photos and they also showed up late to appointment a full 1 hour and a half. Do not recommend.

I was just stood up by lanes productions for an engagement photo shoot. An appointment was set and was not honored. We were schedule for 430pm downtown and never showed up and then blamed us for not setting a schedule. Never seen such unprofessional, unethical people.

Muy mal servicio desde el primer dia que hablamos con esta jente. El señor muy grocero con mi esposa. La señora igual. Llegaron tarde al evento y todavia dandonos carrila. Las fotos que tomaron muy malas. Y todas brillosas o todas borrosas. Hoy nos entregaron las fotos despues de 5 meses. Y eso por que Les hable yo. Fue un regalo de unos amigos para nuestra boda y lo arruinaron ese dia ya no se puede regresar. Jente que no tiene ni merece tener este Tipo de negocio las fotos parecen que las tomaron con un telephono Nokia de 1999. Se salen la neta. Los invitados tomaron mejores fotos con cellulares iPhone 13.

Muy mal servicio!! No se ni como tienen este negocio. Le arruinan los momentos especiales como la boda de mi hija. No son cumplidos, no hicieron ni el pre-video porque el dueño nunca tuvo tiempo para acomodar una Cita. Totalmente irresponsables no cumplen con contratos. Llegan tarde y aparte muy mal character. Una de las trabajadoras sale en las fotos, se supine wue saben su trabajo y uno no tiene que decirles cuando tomar fotos ese es su trabajo. Desgraciada mente no podemos regresar el tiempo y lo que queda son malos ratos, corajes. NO LOS CONTRANTE!!! NI VERGUENSA LES DA PROMORCIONAR PONGO UNA ESTRELLA PARA DODER PONER ESTA QUEJA PERO LES DARIA ZERO ESTRELLAS
