Rude over the phone. Scheduled to look at property late in the afternoon, tried to call to see if might be able to view it sooner and instead they wanted to play phone tag between agents and the manager.

Does not fix everything , wants you to pay for your own repairs because they are slum landlords if I knew then what I knew now I would have probably lived outside in a box because it's better then dealing with cheapskates I hope they go out of business so they're aren't able to prey on middle-low class families that can't afford to move out rent here at your own risk

Terrible ordeal. Having them manage my rental house cost me THOUSANDS. After a few years I decided to not come back to NM and had them put it up for sale, and during a hot housing market it sat for months without any buyer interest whatsoever. I finally had no choice but to move back and take control of the situation. They never bothered to tell me the tenants had wrecked the outside and left tons of damage inside - I wouldn't have bought the place in the shape it was in. Meanwhile I kept getting bills from them. Negligence and/or incompetence on their part left me in a mess!

1/5 stars because I cant select 0! Rude over the phone until you mention interest in rental property. Over charge for pet fee and application fee and will not refund nor inform you at all that you did not qualify for property. Makes you wait and makes promises to call you but never does. Shady. Go with revolution realty when in las cruces area!
