La Terraza mexican bistro

I'm not sure why the other reviews are poor. The ambiance was super posh, the restaurant was clean and welcoming, the staff was quick and friendly, and the food was delicious!! I would definitely eat here again.

Restaurant is nice until you notice the plastic fold up tables and old hard fold up wood chairs. Service started ok, then didn't see our waiter for 25 minutes. We had to call over the manager to get tostadas. Our food finally arrived 29 minutes later, cold and soggy enchiladas suizas. My plate was awesome, except that entree was missing the sliced Jalapeños pictured on the menu. When I asked about the Jalapeños, the manager stated that he would do me a favor and send me some Jalapeños. When we got close to the bottom of the Tostadas, my wife noticed that the bowl contained old chewed up chicken wing bones. We promptly notified the manager, which hastily walked away from our table, and we never saw him again. The waiter brought us our ticket. For the drinks, I refused to pay for the subpar food and horrible service, including the lack of empathy for our gross experience.

After taking our order of tacos , and the restaurant having only about 25% of customers, we waited (party of 2) about one hour to get our tacos, having to request twice bowl of tostadas and refill on the salsas and drinks before the tacos arrived. We were definitely disappointed and not hungry and ended taking half of the tacos home. If you are excessively patient and ready to wait for an hour for your meals, go for it...as for me, I will NOT return to this place...bye Felicia!!!

Was so excited to try this place. Nice atmosphere...but had a weird smell when we walked in. Our server was good and attentive. I forgot to get pictures of the food because everything came out so scattered. They said they only had one waffle maker (not sure if person or machine)... but they took forever. Our food got cold because we were waiting for everyone to get their plates before we started to eat. I hope they can get it figured out.

Ive been to both locations. I've been to the restaurant 3 times. Everything I go the food is always good. The portion sizes are . There is lots of choices on the menu, I always get something different to try and its always good.

The good thing about this restaurant is the live music. We went on a Friday and the place was busy. The food was not edible- the chicken entree had a funny taste and the rice was dry. The beef dish was cold and lacked flavor. We ended up not eating any of it. Not sure this place will make it with so much good competition in the area.

The place is nice but the food was not good at all. Either they need more staff or just better quality. As a party of 6 we are not picky and paid for everything but the chilaquiles had a very bad taste with a weird smell walking in. They need to buy a Toaster for the bread as we were told they did not own one and therefore the reason for it being soggy. As for the price it's not bad but for the quality there is cheaper places around it. Beautiful place horrible food.

Our waiter was excellent & very professional. My husband loved the rice & the fajitas he ordered. I ordered the Tampiqueña steak plate. Everything was very good. Will go there again for sure. Very pretty inside. If your looking at going out on a date night with your significant other...this is a nice restaurant to go to.

Went on a Sunday, just my husband and I. They were busy but had several empty tables. The hostess said there was a 45 minute wait, which we were okay with, but she wouldn't seat us so we left. It's a small place so we didn't want to be standing in a corner when they had places for us to sit and have a drink. I gave it 2 stars because they could of sat us down. It's a new place, you would think they want to keep us there.

The food is great and service is superb. Karen our waitress was vigilant in serving us. Great place to eat.
