A DEAD ROACH!
Junk fell out of the vent in bathroom
Told it's been like this for months.
La Quinta signage near the street.
Pulled back bedsheets to this
Stains in hallways
Is this how they always leave the bathroom? Just gross.
Air fresheners stuffed into fan
Just poorly maintained everywhere.
Look at these curtains!
More stains on carpet
Clean rooms!
No way I'm sitting on that
No shower hose just a stream of constant water
Beautiful rug
Wrinkled and torn window dressing
Filthy air conditioning filter
Torn and dirty curtains in the room.
Curtains falling off
Shower head

We stayed here 10 years ago, and it was lovely! But, much like myself, this place has aged over the last decade, and I think they're doing about as good a job taking care of the building as I am of myself - which is not very.... The carpets are fraying, the doors on the bathroom didn't shut quite right, there were sad cobwebs all across the once lovely chandelier.... It was painful to see! It seemed that we were almost the only ones staying there. The neighborhood was a little sketchy, which was troubling since the doors that were supposed to be locked 24 hours were not locked at all (but they did have a broken pane...). It was still dark in the morning when the kids and I packed up the car, and a couple of guys in a truck pulled up and parked across from us in the parking lot and watched us pack our valuables into the car. I wound up standing next to the car while my kids and husband went back inside to get breakfast in case the guys were just waiting to break into my car. I will say that the staff were SO NICE! We had reserved a room with a fridge, but when we got into the room, there was no fridge! They were completely patient and apologetic when we came back down and asked for a different room. They always seemed eager to help whenever I passed by. I'm just hoping this hotel gets the facelift it needs!

Terrible hotel. In a bad area & my room had holes in the wall, no soap and dirty towels. The hallways smell bad and front desk mentioned that I shouldn't park my car on the side of the hotel where my room was because it's dangerous. Do not stay at this hotel

What a DIRTY, Shitty smelling hotel. Drunk bum sitting in the chair in the lobby. Walking down hallway to room -the hallway smelled like shit. Open the room. There is food and a Mountain Dew sitting on the table. Room smelled like shit! Front desk manager was very nice. Ask to see your room before you book or pay!

I wish I checked the reviews first before staying here. The picture they use online out front is not where you are staying at. No big deal but the place isn't a safe spot. The door was propped open by some people who definetly high. When I checked in I was told there is no breakfast but they glady took my money. I have disputed the charge with the credit card company as well as the hotel chain for bait and switch.Next, the rooms are filthy just look at the pics. Stay elsewhere

I made a PRE-PAID reservation through booking.com to assure I would have a room. When I arrived I was told that my room had been given away and there were no more rooms. I had to go looking for another hotel late at night. The front desk clerk promised me a refund but I never received it. Booking.com was no help either and after many years as a customer I no longer use booking.com.

Yikes! Not recommended. Dirty room, stairways and linens. Sketchy characters and activities. Probably not safe for a single woman. We overheard that the police are often called.

I travel for business. My company switched from using the Comfort Inn brand to Wyndham. The hotel "looks nice" from the outside, but the rooms are in ridiculous shape. The bed linen had not been changed. This was evident from the hair and stains on the bedding. The towels were dirty and had only been "folded up" from the last guest stay. This room had not been updated for at least twenty years. I'm fine with the dated appearance, but there is NO EXCUSE for not changing the bed linen and providing new, clean towels. I complained to the front desk person. She was very nice and moved me to another room. The problem was that second room was just as filthy. The ac/heat did not work property and when I finally did wake up, the room was 62 degrees. The lock on the door was not secure. The shower was so dirty, I didn't even use it during my stay.Does Wyndham do anything to review and check franchises and make sure they are meeting even the minimum of cleanness standards? A dated hotel is one thing, BUT THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR DIRTY TOWELS, USED BED LINEN, AND A TUB THAT IS STAINED AND FITHLY. Also the lock on the second room (201) would not secure when I was in the room.It should be illegal to charge for hotel rooms in this poor and unclean manner.

This is one creepy, unsafe dirty hotel. Unbelievable! No elevator, no air conditioning, no soap in the room, torn curtains, view of a cesspool. I checked in and after seeing the terrible state of this hotel, I checked out. I let them know, I did not feel safe and could not stay here. I asked about a refund and was told I'd have to talk to management. Argh!It should give us a no star option, alas it didn't.

This hotel is very poorly maintained. In general, the place has been allowed to deteriorate and become very run down. Here are my specific comments: The carpets are frayed, there are holes in the walls, and the staff is not particularly attentive to much of anything. There is an appallingly unhygienic swimming pool that has been closed for a long time and is half filled with green nasty liquid. It will take your appetite away as you eat breakfast. There were no paper towels in the men's room during five days I stayed there, and after advising the management repeatedly. There were insufficient television and air conditioning remote controls because "they had been stolen" and I had to repeatedly insist that they find one somewhere to control the a.c. in my room. The room curtains were also hanging, having been separated from the curtain rods, and after repeated mention to the manager, nothing was ever done to fix the curtains so they could be properly opened and shut. There were cobwebs in the upper corners of my room, and I finally had to get a mop and remove them myself. I was told at the front desk that this facility was owned by "an investment group out of Dallas" and they had let the place run down and were not investing in its maintenance. The staff said that 50 rooms in this wretched facility were closed due to being in unacceptable shape and could not be rented out to the public. Why does La Quinta allow this situation to exist? Do they not have quality control audits of their franchise operators? Do they not care about the brand image of La Quinta? I have no proof of this, but I wondered if this facility had been used as a temporary stopover place for contractors of undocumented immigrant workers. It had the appearance of such. What a DISASTER of a "hotel."

This is a zero star rating you just can't give zero stars. This place is absolutely disgusting and I'm not sure how it is still in business and hasn't been torn down. When we got to the hotel we stood at the front desk for 30 minutes and no one ever came to check us in. We called the hotel and it just rang 100 times. Once we finally checked in we were put in the annex building which the front door to the hall ways doesn't lock and their are homeless people everywhere and based on the condition of the hallways I'm pretty sure the homeless are living in the hallways. There was random t shirts, paper in the hall ways and stains that looked like blood and puke on the carpets. The room was also gross. The sheets were never washed because there were black hairs on the sheets and stains. The carpets are frayed. The bathroom light blinked like you were in a horror movie. We called Wyndham and told them we felt unsafe and they just said oh well sorry. Then we called the front desk and he said we'd have to talk to the manager tomorrow. We said umm we don't feel safe being here and we finally got our money back. But don't even try to stay here.
