La Pupusa Queen

I ordered the Mixed King Pupusa plate, it came with curtido, salsa de tomate and they gave me both red and green spicy sauce. My favorite was the red spicy sauce and the pupusas tasted super cheesy and freshly made. Ordering was really easy, I called and placed the order for pickup, when I got there I didn't have to wait because it was ready. It was nice to find out this establishment was so close to my home, it's a little hidden but it's pretty much next to the safari storage on Dyer. The restaurant itself is ver spacious and clean inside. They have some nice outdoor seating with a nice view of the mountains.

As soon as you walk in, you can see how clean this place is. We sat ourselves and our waitress greeted us promptly. My son and I both had the king plate which has 3 papusas each. We ordered squash, spinach and beans. They were all excellent but the beans was the favorite. Don't sleep on the Salvadoran tomato salsa. It enhances the flavor! I can't wait to come back!

Awesome food and great, friendly service! And I left my sunglasses and wallet there and they tried to run after us in the parking lot, but we didn't notice them!when we went back they were waiting for us with my things, even though our waitress had finished her shift!

Nancy the manager was extremely rude after we returned pupusas that had burned ingredients. She didn't apologize. Instead tried to argue with us. What kind of management argues with the customer? Highly don't recommend. Agree with the last post they have shitty management.

Amazing service and tasty food. However, some of the prices are a little high. For example, one singular pupusa is 4.50, which is nearly five dollars. Their Horchata and Agua Frescas are a little nasty. They taste very bitter.

I am giving them 3 stars because their pupusas were a good size for the price. The main disappointment was the curtido and tomato sauce, which is supposed to be like the salsa to your tacos. The curtido, was very nasty, it tasted more like dirty water, hardly any vinegar. The tomato sauce tasted like they opened a can tomato sauce and pour it on containers. I have made a better version of their tomato sauce and curtido, and I'm Mexican not Salvadoran. Their waitress was very inattentive.

Highly don't recommend. Horrible service and shitty management... the place looks dirty and the food was not that good either
