La Privada Apartments

I lived in theses apartments in 07 . They are a health hazard there is mold everywhere the doorknobs on the front door fell off and they never fixed them. i did a bunch of work orders and they were never done i wouldn't advise anyone to live in these apartments

Communication is ALWAYS inconsistent. Nobody answers the phone calls. Even showing up to the office, they always has some "meeting" or "training" going on. The requests for maintenance were often met with delays or, in some cases, completely ignored. Despite bringing these concerns to the attention of management It was evident that there was a lack of accountability and professionalism among the management team.Furthermore, the overall condition of the apartment complex was far from satisfactory. Don't move here terrible experience of unnecessary headaches. They don't know what they're doing

super nada recomendable, me quitaron el depósito siendo buque el apt se dejó sin ningún daño más aparte de el depósito , hicieron pagar $250 más que para pintar y otra cosas se les pago en tiempo y forma y nos mandaron a collection

Maintenance was responsive as soon as I needed help they came right away. Pool is open all year round and the management is great

Before Moving Here Please Check the following and prevent yourself from a year full of issues and bad experiences. The pool is been closed now for over a year, (never been able to use it since moved in). Police/Fire Dpt/ ER etc. come by at least twice a week for unknown issues that will make you nervous for sure. They cut out the water once a week too, for ' repairs and after hours of being out, they reconnect it, and its horrible water for days, (water and dusty). They hired a really bad company for cleaning purposes that it's actually never clean,, so get used to seeing trash, bags, and beers all around the parking lot and premises. And we are already on the last week of April and over 90 degrees, and no AC's installed yet, so yea, don't do it. You'll regret it.

If I could give this apartments a 0 I would. Please DO NOT MOVE HERE! I have been living in this apartments for only one year and thank goodness I'm leaving. The did not even take the time to Inform me that I would not be able to renew my lease until I called in to let the know I will be leaving 1 month prior to my lease ending. After that to top it all of they said they would give me an extra 15 days yet no paperwork was signed and they are demanding their rent. The are so cheap had to call so many times to get a new fridge because the last was stabbed with a pen and didn't even work. It was also too much for them to give me a new stove either. All scratched up. It always smells like sewer and there always turning off your water. Please don't even waste your time.

Don't move in here if you don't listen to us rn you just stupid and ur gonna really regret it

If I could give this place less than one star, I would.The management is absolutely horrible. We had to call to ask them to fix our window screen one day because it kept falling out every time we tried to open the window, and they *screwed the window shut*. We didn't have hot water for nearly 6 months despite numerous complaints from our building, yet it wasn't until we had to get a petition together before they finally did anything about that, and once they started that it took them almost 5 months to actually get it fixed.And they will screw you over. We told them multiple times that we were not interested in renewing our lease - at least 4-5 times in the 6 months leading up to the end of our lease. Not once did they give us the form to fill out that said we were not going to renew our lease. Instead they waited and now tried to go after us for 2 months of rent claiming that our lease was renewed and we skipped out on it.They are thieves. They are horribly overpriced given the condition of the apartments, horrible managers, and to top it all off, they are thieves. Do yourself a favor and keeping looking elsewhere - don't give them a chance to scam you!
