La Casita Restaurant

Ever in Columbus NM, it is the place to go. They have great food, and it feels like home when you are there. Nice staff, and just a great place to have a quick meal. Home made tortilla's and nice people who work there. I can not say anything bad about my experience here.

We were looking for authentic Mexican food. So disappointed! The chili Colorado was too salty to eat. I ordered Chili Rellenos but she said she did 't have them. Tried to order a cheese sandwich and she brought ham and cheeses with fries. Not what I ordered but she tried to charge us anyway.

We are huge fans of Mexican food & this sweet little restaurant did not disappoint us. My husband grew up eating Mexican food & he declared this some of the best food he's eaten! It was 'home-cooked' food. The restaurant is clean--spotless, actually--including the kitchen. A good sign for us--this is where the local folks eat. We will definitely come back when we return to Columbus.

We had a very nice lunch at La Casita on the way back from El Paso. It's probably the only decent restaurant for over 100 miles. Service was very good, and the food was great!

Small but mighty :) We had red and green enchiladas and felt like we were eating delicious home cooking. the spicy sauce was AMAZING
