Had an unfortunate car accident that left my car of many years totaled, and with all the stress I had about how I was going to get around or afford a new car before insurance money came through the LAST thing I wanted was to feel pressured or corned by a predatory salesperson that was trying to mark up any little thing they could.This is exactly why I went to L&L, I had been looking for a new car long before my accident and had a great experience via phone call where I felt no pressure, was not harassed with a million calls after our conversation. It all went by so smoothly and you can just tell this family owned business puts honesty and integrity first, before money.I got a great deal on this car and it is in such great condition it feels new! They cleaned it up fresh for me when I showed interest in it and I wouldn't have wanted to do business with anyone else!! Javier and Aija were so sweet and great people I cannot thank them enough for being there for me without stalking me around their lot or bombarding me to make a decision. If I ever need another car in the future I will look here and I recommend you all do too!P.S. Of course shopped all around town as well and they had the largest selection by far!

I recently visted this location and found Lupe to be RUDE and unhelpful. I will NOT be visiting this business again.

No follow up after repeated requests to fix RV 3 day buyers remorse ignored Would avoid at all cost in future Sold me a lemon smokes and stinks On fixed income or would have hired Attorney Pathetic business practices I've purchased from multiple used car dealerships throughout US and two others in Las Cruces , this place should be attended to by New Mexico Attorney General Disabled Veteran and stuck with a lemon

My husband was working with these people for nearly a week attempting to buy a car from them. He gave them a $500 deposit on Friday. They told him Saturday that they were working on paperwork (after HE CALLED THEM), then did not do anything the entire day. Monday he calls then he was told that they had to go through "MGD," which they had not told him up until this point. He was already at the bank prepared to send money to them. This entire time HE called THEM all but two times. They constantly told him that they would get back to him and send him photos and videos within the hour and he had to continue to call about it. The gave him a lower price and not 2 hours later raised it back to 14,900. This evening, Monday, they SOLD THE CAR to someone else after having $500 of ours since FRIDAY. I would give 0 stars if I could. Completely unprofessional. They also screen the reviews on their website to make themselves look better.

I bought a truck from this business last year and within this year I have only driven the truck briefly because of all the issues, to be exact I have only driven it 2,500 miles with limited use as a truck. I have put money into it and something else comes up right after another issue after issue. The first day I purchased this truck I lost out on $2000.00 because it stopped running the first day I brought it home. I rented an RV for a trip and it did not function correctly the trip was canceled with hundreds of dollars of food and drinks and traveling from Silver City to Las Cruces to deal with the problems I had to deal with. They had to pick up my truck at my house which left me without a vehicle, and never offered me a loaner vehicle to use for work while they were fixing my truck. This vehicle cost me $43,000.00 and within the first year I have had to replace an Accelerating Pedal Position Sensor, Throttle Position Sensor, and Turbo, Tires had Lumps which caused the truck to be off of alignment, license plate lights needed to be replaced, and trailer hitch connector was burned out. This was the second purchase with this company after this experience I will never go back nor will I ever recommend anyone else to purchase a vehicle from L&L Auto.

Typical used car lot. Bait and switch is alive and well here. Called on a Ford Fiesta SES advertisement on the online site. Told car was in service, posted too early by photographer not available " but we have another Fiesta for you to look at" what a joke as if I believe anything they say. Used car lots get a bad rap for a good reason.

Absolutely the easiest deal I ever made! Fred was so easy to work with as was all the staff. Got the truck I wanted for the price I wanted. I'm 74 years old and have dealt with many car dealers and I have never found a more accommodating car store! I wholeheartedly recommend L and L!!
