I am shocked at the other review on here. The person must have personal beef with Rosalba as she is the business owner and I have been going to see her for my haircuts for years. They have very good service and always have made my experience comfortable. I have very specific needs for my cuts and they fulfill them. I won't let anyone touch my hair but Rosalba and I would support her and this business indefinitely. She is magic with hair and knows her stuff and I encourage anyone to check them out. Also they do the best brows in town and any ladies wanting good brow service should hit them up! I have had friends go to them ey often and from what I know all the stylists under Rosalba are amazing.

Let me start by saying this is the first negative review I have ever written about any business or product. Our first experience with the "family" salon was a nightmare. I had booked my daughter's first haircut, for her birthday simultaneously with mine to make it a pleasant experience to share. Instead, my 3 year old daughter was summoned to chair by an extremely cold and rude stylist that did not say a word as she ripped her dry curly hair out with a fine toothed comb. She was in tears as the stylist sprayed product all over her face and eyes as she raced to finish. When my daughter got out of the seat she had tiny black hairs all over her face ( she is blonde) and when it was my turn the stylist did the same thing. It was not only painful, but caused more breakage violently combing my curls out, her station had dirty clipper covers lined up, and left me with the worst cut I've ever had. All of that would have gone without a review, had she even been the slightest bit friendly.There may be other stylists there that are good, or at least nice, but do NOT go with Rosanda? Or purple/black haired girl working her station. Will NEVER return or recommend!

I have been using this salon over a year and bring my kids ( two boys , 10 and 8 ) and my wife at times due to physical location to my house. but I always feel like stylist in the salon are making me uncomfortable because of cold manner. and today I decided to leave this review for the first time in my life because of extreme experience. Most of Stylists there are not very friendly at all. Especially one of the stylist who seemed like worked there for a long time has extreme cold manner. she never say hi or smile. I don't exactly remember her name because walk in customer like myself will be assigned to whoever available stylist , but she starts with R **** ( i think rosaria or rosalia) I guess they don't intend to be cold or unfriendly but at least they don't have any idea of what customer would like. I really wanted to ask today if the stylist named R **** is bad mood today, but I didn't because she didn't mean to be cold ,,,,well !! I conclude they just don't know how to be friendly. she didn't even listen to me or didn't want to know what I want. I really didn't want to tip her today , but I did , which I still think that was stupid move. I will never go back to this salon any more.
