Kitchen Kraft

I went to this place recently just to look around and I had Morticia Addams following me around pretending to be doing something. Very creepy.

Amazing that they think they can treat their customers like garbage and think they will continue to do well. Treated my grandmother like garbage. Robert was rude and took our money. No services rendered. Now we need a refund.

Definitely a less than 1 star experience. I was greeted by a distracted woman that considered sending an email more important than a paying customer. Left to browse on my own, my existence was forgotten at the entrance of a Caucasian woman. I took my money elsewhere and found exactly what I wanted. I regret wasting time in this store and will never spend my money here.

The staff at Kitchen Kraft assisted me many times during my massive house remodel from about 2005- present. They spent countless hours going thru catalogs and even buying new ones from Meyda Tiffany, just so I could order what I wanted. I never had a problem with how I was treated and I don't dress 'wealthy" and when working actually look like a work man or something. They are busy - often their staff is out on calls but they will get back with you. I definitely will use them in the future and occasionally stop in just to look at all the gorgeous things and buy something small.

I was introduced to staff member Stephanie by my builder. She is delightful, knowledgeable, helpful & suggests good ideas. She asks questions & wants tO get a better idea of my style of home. I actually had photos of my home out of state & showed her. I think that was helpful to her as well as the discussions about my tastes/home styles. I'm looking forward to working w/her on my new home & picking out cabinets & tile & countertops. Thx Stephanie!

I took my very stylish and 82-year-old mother to Kitchen Kraft to help her find a slab remnant of granite in which to make a dining table for her new home. After working with Robert, looking through the slabs out back in the hot sun, my mother found a slab she really liked, and Robert said he would research during the week to find a suitable pedestal for the slab to make a table. We came back a week later, Robert shrugged, "I didn't have time" he said, "maybe if you give me 50% payment down today I'll know that you're serious." My mother was not intimidated. She gave them a check for $750, and he suggested we come back in a week and he would have ideas for her. She went back in a week, they had cashed her check, sold her granite to someone else, and Robert had still no ideas for her regarding a pedestal. Again with the shrug. Three visits, three strikes, no way are we going back there. They lose, my mom is a big spender. $$

They have great products. And the only place local to get them. If you are looking for the "pretty woman" experience then this is your place. I'm building a half million dollar house, yet my personal appearance wouldn't tell you that: I look almost 20yrs younger than I am and don't dress over the top. The sales people, although nice, did not want to discuss their top of the line cabinets with me. They kept shuffling me towards their cheapest (aristocraft). If my builder didn't specifically use them I would certainly go elsewhere. Hopefully they learn their lesson to not judge a book by it's cover!

Great stuff in the store but I can't seem to get it or a response. I was looking for a light for my dining room. They were very helpful and showed me several catalogs then let me take them home so I could look at them there and make a decision. I went back and ordered a light and was told it would be take about 2 weeks. I waited 4 and after still hearing nothing I called. I was told that they didn't see the order so they'd have to make a call and would call me right back. Two days later I called and left a message because I never got a return call. Now it's a week later, I still haven't heard anything and I'm stuck waiting. I'm also looking for another place to buy what I need.

Started promising but ended abruptly. Made an appointment with Stephanie to size up our bathroom remodel. When she arrived at the door, there was no hello, how are you doing but only 'WHERE IS IT" My wife was stunned. She looked over the bath and said there might be some remnants at the store and she would check on them. Then she left and we havent heard anything from her. She was very rude and unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend them.
