Kings Towing

My tire blew out on me on the free way, completely shredded. Insurance quoted me double with a triple wait time. I called King's and they were out so quickly. My driver got the car loaded up quickly and safely to get us off the overpass as soon as possible

I was very happy with the service Jose (the Driver) provided , He was very professional , and very sweet . I had a flat tire and towed my truck to the shop and made sure i got the service I needed. I give this a 5 stars because of his service only .

My insurance contacted them to come and help them with my car, which tire blew out on the freeway. Keep in mind cars are coming in fast, that my car kept moving while being on park. I spoke to them twice prior to me leaving since I felt unsafe, and had an anxiety attack. Not once did they mention to leave keys, so when the tow truck driver contacted me to ask me to meet him, I told him to pick up my keys. He refused said, "call the police department so they can stop the freeway". Anyhow I refused their service and I did call EPPD, which they advise not to wait on the free way and they offered free assistance, to tow my car and change my tire. If I can give no stars, I would. Horrible, lack of communication, and just giving us a hard time because I feared for my safety. NOT RECOMMEND.

Even 1 star is way too good for this company. I broke down called roadside assistance and was told this company would help me I spoke with the driver and he told me 35-45 minutes. 3 hours later after sitting in a hot car waiting I called no answer. I called the company and they said they canceled the call. No one notified me or my roadside assistance. I could have been stuck on the side of the road for many more hours due to their lack of professionalism and lack of common customer care. Worst service ever. They left me sitting in triple digit weather out on the highway and didn't even have the decency to let me know.

Called AAA to deal with my sons car, and we were told that Kings Towing was the local provider. App/web page never updated, calling their number went directly to a voice mailbox (that was not set up), AAA could never get a hold of them even through their internal messaging system.I waited for four hours; no one ever came, no one ever contacted me, and I had to spend money out of pocket to get a third party truck to get me at Midnight. I just wanted to get the tow done so I could go to the ER and check up on my son.

horrible services if im being honest not even a 1 star it deserves, but anyways i had called for a tow truck at 3:05pm and im still here waiting for them to answer calls and arrive , they haven't and they won't show up they disconnected their phone which i keep calling and send me straight to voicemail i called several times and no answer . It is currently 9:18pm and im still here without no updates of the tow truck nor the dispatch, horrible service, if you need a tow truck pls help yourself and look elsewhere this is a waste of time !!!!!!

Don't ever call this company they are rude they cut me off when they were driving though the parking lot and just laughed my son was in the car with me the driver then laughed and then rolled down his window to show me his name Eddie he then began to yell profanity at me Kings Towing
