I currently have Kings Aire on a two year service contract for preventive maintenance and its excellent service. A technician comes out and completely checkes out the HVAC system, changes out all the filters, and tests everything. Service is performed twice a year and they're very professional.

Kings Aire did a fantastic job in regards to their technician- Christian Perez--so patient and kind about explaining everything and very quick to get the job done!!In regards to communication, this may need a little bit of work, no calls on updates of when parts would arrive (had to call to check more than once) or when when date of repairs would be done--also, was called about a service I did not order and was repeatedly told I did, come to find out the customer service representative for Kings Aire called the wrong number, but did not even apologize for the confusion. (to be fair I did come off as frustrated on the call, as I was worried about being charged for an entire new unit, so not my best moment either), but an apology would have helped level the confusion, especially in the customer service field.All in all, I will definitely recommend Kings Aire and use them in the future and thank you for your work! it is appreciated!

About 45 days ago I ordered their cooler startup service. At first the cooler worked ok. After a few days I noticed that it wasn't cooling well anymore.Fix 1I went on the roof and found that the worker did not make sure the pads completely covered the openings. I had to stretch them to fit.Fix 2Several days later it still wasn't cooling well. Go back on the roof and find that the guy they sent out actually threw away the mesh netnet aro my pump and now the spider that drains the water is getting clogged with debris.I had already ordered an estimate for an upgraded uniy and I explained my problem to the guy that came for that. He said he'd take care of it. No action.Fix 3I had noticed that the belt was loose while I was up on the roof. But it worked, so whatever. Starting 2 days ago the belt is starting to slip and making noise.Today I called to complain in hopes that they would at least come and fix the belt issue. I was told that I am outside of the 30 day warranty they offer and they'd send someone out for $75. Also apparently telling their estimator didn't count as notifying them.So I've had to repair their service 3 times and they couldn't care less. It didn't even matter that I'd already informed a representative of their company. I will never use them again and would recommend you don't either.PS. Their cooler replacement estimate was also the highest of the 4 I got by more than $200.

Going into our tenth yr, can't get a follow up, Svc check, nothing! They were very fast at taking all cash purchase up front on installation! I'm very disappointed they choose to ignore Svc after the sale. Having other companies (2) come out to check is frustrating as they claim installation wasn't done correctly! Actually all is well, just wanted a check up to keep it that way. Continue to shop and do good research when looking for a "quality " "professional " to provide service/purchase.

My mother still lives in El Paso - I do not. My mom has needed a new A/C for a while now, so while I was in town this time around, I decided to pull the trigger. I made use of the feature on here to request multiple quotes - Kings Aire responded relatively quickly. However, they weren't able to come out until after the weekend for a quote. While this is completely reasonable (they called on a Friday and said they'd come out on Monday), their competitors were a lot faster. One came out the same day, while another came out the next day. Although Kings Aire looks like a good, reputable company, and I would probably have given them my business, my time in El Paso was short, and I was in somewhat of a hurry, so I went with one of the competitors. In the future, however, I would definitely consider Kings Aire.

Had to have our old Rheem A/C unit replaced. KA had installed that unit as well. Ramon was very good at explaining what needed to be done. The company sent a 4 man crew and had our new Trane up and running in less than 5 hours. They are always very polite and professional. They also impress me in that they do file inspection reports with the city and have the city inspector come out and okay it.

Experience will be the last. I had my wife call for a simple service at her office, cleaning the lines of two ground level Minisplits. Techs were there for 30 minutes (confirmed with our security cameras). They charged my wife $400 for 4 hours of service but were only there for 30 minutes (parts were not needed, just blowing out two lines, 30min total) . My wife questioned the charge, tech replied "that's what we charge". Luckily she mentioned the charge at dinner that night, I was floored. We called the next day to resolve the issue. I spoke to the owner directly to explain that something underhanded may be going on with her techs or service manager. Given her response or lack of, she seemed not to care one bit , defended the tech and manger and was extremely bothered by my call, adding that her company does not take advantage of women/people. "Really, what do you call that", I said. I personally don't believe her or do I trust this company and their integrity .

We have been without air since Saturday night. Temperatures were over 100's all this week. I called on Thursday after hours and a tech, Angel, called within 5 minutes asking what was happening. He showed up about an hour later and was very professional, showed us the old condensers. He is a very hard worker. Definitely will be using them for regular maintenance.

We are so happy with the job Kings Aire did for us. They were prompt, professional and efficient. This is the 3rd AC we have had to replace in 20 years. The other "3" companies we hired were not able to accomplish what they did and that was to fix the duct work in our house. Now we have no more hot spots nor hot rooms. It is evenly cooled and our thermostat for the first time is not going backwards. It reads the temperature we set it on. Thank you so much......

It has been five year since Kings Aire put in new duct work and heater in older Home for 87 year old and each year I scream when air conditioner or heater is turned on and no air comes out of vents. No difference between high and low. Came out to so call fix it and there was no change. Get various estimate don't fall for slick advertising. In my opinion stay far away from them.
