Kim and Michael are the best! The spa is spotless and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I have received pedicures manicures and waxing and each time I go I leave feeling better then ever.. They are very professional but like family to me!! Best spa in Silver city!!Tracey

I walked up to the door-which was locked. All the lights were on and the open signs were illuminated. I walked away to call and a man opened the door and asked "what do you want?" I was taken aback and said a full set and a pedicure and he ushered me in and had me wait to confirm availability. All good. The lady told me there's a 4:30 appointment but if they don't show, I could receive service. They didn't show, so I was seated. That's when it got bad. It felt like Michael had no interest in helping me, no, it felt like I somehow disturbed him. He was jerking my hand around and aggressively putting things on his desk. The few words he said to me were short and crass. To top it all off, my nails look awful. They aren't even, the edges are rough, the color was not what I was hoping for - and I didn't feel comfortable asking for modification. I can't say that I would ever attempt to patronize this business again based on this experience. The lady did seem wonderful with her clients, so if you can get her instead, maybe that's a better experience.

Went for a gel manicure. They looked fine until I got outside in my car and I took a look at them. They look like a toddler did them. I don't have the time to go back and have them fixed Bummed as she was a super sweet ladySadly I won't go back

I am traveling in a motor home, and after recovering from an accident that severed a toe and broke two others, I needed a pedicure badly. A man did the pedicure and did a great job making my nails and feet look and feel good. I only had to straighten out two nails at home. The problem was that I saw the woman wax someone's eyebrows so I asked if she could wax those post menopause hairs off my lip and chin. I did not know that it included my throat and I thought it was hotter than it should be, but, what do I know. The woman put a lotion on the area afterwards and I thought the tingling on my face was just from having the hairs ripped out unceremoniously. Next morning: I felt this pain on my chin so I looked in the mirror and I see this huge burn on my chin! I am very upset and since we are traveling, I am unable to revisit this with the shop in person. Be cautious if you get waxed here. I just hope I don't end up with a scar.

Large selction of colors, with lots of services at reasonable reasonable prices. Receiving a bottle of water is nice touch. Efficient and clean place. The owners are considerate and ready to make costumers comfortable. They keep the place clean and sterile. Massage chairs helpful for full body relaxation.

I am a very picky person with my nails. I like them done right. We are staying in Silver City and my nails got really bad. I went into Kim's Nails and got a very good manicure. The man took his time and my nails look wonderful. I was their last customer of the day. I had to wait for my husband to pick me up. While I was waiting outside, a creepy man drove up into the parking lot. He got out and drove to the other side of the parking lot. The man and woman who are from Kim's stayed in the parking lot until my husband arrived. I really appreciate that they kept an eye out for me.

Wonderful pedicures, Manicures and Nails. The owners are wonderful and do a great job not many left like this awesome place!

She is the best, takes her time to give you that perfect pedicure. It's very clean and a very friendly experience.

My step mom and I got our toes done by Kim and she did amazing but the man did our nails and hurt both of us as he went too far down on our cuticles. We've had our nails done a lot and we were really disappointed by how much he hurt us.

Kim was awesome! I felt right at home! Didn't know what to expect in a small town, and was pleasantly surprised! She saw so sweet and great to work with! Good technique, sanitation, and customer service. I will absolutely go back while in town and recommend to others!
