Terrible service today they had two different people check me out at the register and they messed my burger up I asked them if they can remake it the correct way no problem at all and I asked for fresh fries with my burger so I didn't eat old cold fries soon as I asked for fresh fries with my new burger she said I already started eating them like what y'all just handed them to me I set down and stood right up to get my food fixed they were so rude and not professional at all the older ladies at the front are usually nice and I never have a problem with my food or service I'm a regular there but after today I'll never eat there again when I asked for a refund she said I needed my receipt the younger kid didn't give me one just the order number so all in all this place is going down the drain sadly I really liked there food

Worst service ever - between the lack of caring and accuracy on my order - do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Excellent service! We got our order fairly quickly and the steak fingers were delicious and hot! The employees are always so nice and friendly.

I never had food from this place before. We ordered it at work for take out, because my coworker loves it. I was very impressed. I tried the steak fingers which tasted homemade, the burgers and spicy fries are top notch. This is one of my favorite places now in Odessa to eat!! Prices are very reasonable.

Always on point. 1/2 price Tuesday's after 5 can be pretty busy. Best burger in town!

used to be a weekly regular for steak finger baskets. a few months ago they switched French fry suppliers and they aren't as good as they were. now I order burgers with no fries to get away from the steak finger basket as I don't care for the fries that come with them. but t for the best burgers you can't beat Mama's Kitchen or BJs
